Came here for a servicing appointment they did not wash my car properly Nor clean the inside. I had to let the representative know that they did not wash my car and clean out the inside then I waited for t my car properly Nor clean the inside. I had to let the representative know that they did not wash my car and clean out the inside then I waited for them for 15 minutes for them to do it and They also barely vacuumed and cleaned it, The inside of the car is still a lot of dirt etc Inside of my car. I also asked for them to do a break inspection, and the guy said that all he did was look at the brakes instead of doing a proper inspection and they still charge me 190 for it. This will be my third time coming to Fort Bannister and I would say my third time really was not all that great. However, the representatives were awesome and respectful. My issues really were with the mechanics and the person who was supposed to clean up my car. More

This is a HUGE SHOUT OUT To Adan from PARTS and Demetrius from SERVICE! At Bannister and Ford in Marlow Heights!! Adan from Parts and Demetrius from Service are absolutely AWESOME!!! Normally when you from SERVICE! At Bannister and Ford in Marlow Heights!! Adan from Parts and Demetrius from Service are absolutely AWESOME!!! Normally when you go to a dealership and ask questions or you need an employee to go the extra mile to help; they pass you off to someone else or say there is nothing they can do. These Men are completely different. Adan took his time to help me find a particular fuse for my 2016 Lincoln Navigator. Anyone whose ever worked on a Lincoln knows how hard it is find right fuse because they work for multiple things in the truck. He was so patient and sweet. I was having a really hard time finding reasons to stay a this dealership due to some of the staff there. I was even expecting to curse someone out when I got there but Adan and Demetrius COMPLETELY changed my mind and restored my faith in this dealership. (I'm serious) Demetrius stayed with me the entire time I was trying to find the right fuse. I just knew he would walk off and dissappear but he didn't. He wasn't irritated or standoffish. He was extremely knowledgeable about passionate about helping me, even giving me some great tips on saving money by fixing the simple stuff on my truck that would normally costs me hundreds of dollars. These Men are the type of passionate employees that businesses need when the company has really bad reviews or customer service. I'm glad I worked with them instead of people they normally pair me with. The ones that are sarcastic, passive aggressive, and can clearly tell they're only there for a paycheck. Thank you so much Adan and Demetrius, I truly appreciate your professionalism and passion, I look forward to working with you both in the future. More
