Came in to get my oil changed on my 2020 Explorer. Tech spilled oil under the hood and didnt clean it up. Had oil drippings in my driveway. went to get a recall done ( Bolt and backup camera ) Tech spilled oil under the hood and didnt clean it up. Had oil drippings in my driveway. went to get a recall done ( Bolt and backup camera ) made the appt for 8am, was told they had the parts. It would take 2-4 hours. After hour 6 i check on the status, now Im told i have to leave my vehicle overnight. Went to Waldorf Ford, they took care of it, same day!!!! Now, Bannister FORD no longer honors the VIP package i purchased on my 2020XLT...Im DONE with them!! Service was mediocre anyway!! More
