Ask for Sean Mathis I have been searching for a new vehicle for over 3 years (I buy new, and drive until the wheels fall off). Prior to coming to Sheehy I have visited I have been searching for a new vehicle for over 3 years (I buy new, and drive until the wheels fall off). Prior to coming to Sheehy I have visited all other nearby Ford dealers. Sadly, most of the salesman tried to up-sell me when I communicated to them exactly what I wanted. I eventually walked away when i realized they were not listening. In my online research I found an escape I liked at the right price at Sheehy. I called and Sean Mathis picked up. I was straight forward with him on what I was looking for. Over a period of 5 days he was faithful and diligent to find me the right vehicle, trim level, and price. When I changed my mind at one point that I wasn’t ready, he was kind and said “thank you for giving me the opportunity to assist you”. I later realized that I haven’t seen the work ethic in other salesmen that I saw in Sean on his willingness to help me. At one point their email was not working, so he downloaded a scanner app on his phone so he could send me the custom info I was looking for. When I was ready, I went back to Sheehy and worked out a good deal on a 2019 Escape, solely because of Mr. Mathis. At the last minute, right before I was coming to make the deal, I changed my mind in the color. Sean personally drove to an extended lot, and PDI’d (detailed, plate brackets, taking vehicle out of transport mode from factory) the vehicle for me. I will remember Sean. Sadly, I am not finding many salesman like him. I hope you have the opportunity to deal with Sean, and Sheehy (and Ford) is lucky to have him as he represents Ford well. More

He put me with Aaron Alexander to assist me with my purchase. Aaron was very helpful and went above and WAY beyond. Within 2.5 hours they appraised my Jeep (giving me $500 more than the other dealer), went about 20 miles away to pickup my car from a sister dealership, had me through finance and out the door. He got me the color I wanted 4WD and with more equipment then I planned on getting. Aaron and the sales-manager (Daniel) knocked it out of the park!!! A couple day later, I reached out to Aaron about resetting the door pass-code and an owners manual. When I walked in he was there to greet me and within 30 minutes he got the code reset, a owners manual and on my way. 10's across the board!!! More
