Upon bringing my relatively new Tig in for it's first service, I had the extreme fortune of working with Ann. She remembered me from when I purchased the car and greeted me warmly. She was more than happy to listen to my concerns of a small scratch and willing to talk with the service providers in the back to see if they could take care of small mark. After the service had been performed on my vehicle, Ann walked me out to my car and noted that it's lack-luster appearance. Even though Balise's wash is complimentary, she wasn't happy with how it looked. Nor was she happy that my small scratch hadn't been taken care of. She apologized and took the car back in to be properly cleaned. While I understand how workloads can become overwhelming and small details can be overlooked, I greatly appreciate the attention Ann and the service guys gave to me. To further add to Ann's heart-warming service, she walked me out to my Tig a second time to make sure that all the details were taken care of. Unfortunately she gave me the bad news that something had stained the hood of my car. We both agreed that this should never have happened, so Ann told me she would investigate my options. Before I even got home, Ann had called to inform me that they would be able and willing to repaint the hood of the car. Through several days of communication, I was always impressed with Ann's timely responsiveness, many time within the half hour of my own call. Her attention to my needs truly solidified the family-like feelings that I have already developed towards Balise. Once we had determined the day to start my bodywork, Balise offered a complimentary vehicle, which was even prepared for me before I arrived (this was great forethought, as it cut down my wait time!) Within a few days, I had my Tig back, looking just as beautiful as the day I bought it! A huge thank you to Ann for taking care of my vehicle and making me feel welcome at Balise. More

If you want a good car buying experience go to him. i have bought two cars from him this past year and let me tell you that he just knows how to get you into the vehicle you want for the price you want. no other dealership has treated me so kindly and negotiated a deal with me like he did. i had several problems with my new vehicle. registration was messed up, door panel had scratches and this is after i drove it off the lot that i noticed the interior damage, still, yaris replaced the part for me, free of charge. all i can say is that if you want a great car buying experience, go to Yaris at Balise Volkswagen in west warwick RI. dont bother worrying about the drive it takes, i drive 66 miles down there from massachusetts and they are the only dealership i plan on going to the rest of my life. now for justin fortner. two words, amazing accountant. so quick with the paperwork. knew the answer to all my questions and helped me with my financing and actually explained why and what i was signing. this is my second car buying experience and i feel now i know the ropes of what to do when i go to buy a new vehicle from them. my father had to come down and co sign and we live in massachusetts. he a grumpy fellow, but justin even had little arrow sticky notes where my father was to sign and initial and all the paper work was laid out when we walked in the door. quick and easy. my overall experience at balise is way over a ten. they blew my mind with their service and over all customer experience. they make you feel like the only customer when your there. i highly recommend going there for the most excellent service and customer experience. plus they have a good taste in music in the store! thank you so much for everything Yaris. you are a great guy first and a great car salesman. same goes for you justin. you guys helped me out without jerking me around like every other car dealership i have been to and not bought cars from there. balise vw is the only place i will buy a vehicle from in the future, and it will be from yaris.
