Here at Balise Volkswagen, we believe that the reason for our reputation as a trustworthy new and used car dealership for drivers from Warwick to Providence, Wakefield, Cranston, Pawtucket, RI, and Attleboro, MA goes beyond the new and used cars, services, parts and auto financing we offer. We think the explanation is two-fold: professionalism and transparency.
The professionalism encompasses the knowledge of our team as they answer your most detailed questions about new Volkswagen models like the Jetta, Passat, Atlas, Atlas Cross Sport, Golf and Tiguan. Rather than push you toward the largest inventory on the lot, they are trained to ask the right questions to help you decide which Volkswagen model is right for you. You’ll also experience the Balise professionalism, with a New England flair, from the highly trained technicians who diagnose and repair your vehicle in our car service and maintenance center in West Warwick. Sure they work on your car, but they work with you.
Transparency means that we are completely up-front by offering free, online vehicle history report with every used car we sell. The Balise team really wants to make sure you are getting exactly what your want. That’s why it’s so easy to send a message directly to our General Manager or to leave comments on our Google page. Quality goes hand-in-hand with the Volkswagen name, so we take great pride in the integrity of the vehicles we sell, and in our relationships with the people of Rhode Island.
The history of the Balise Auto Group is one of a family owned and operated business. As a local dealership and part of that respected entity, Balise Volkswagen is able to offer competitive rates, an ample inventory, and continuously trained staff to meet the needs of our friends and neighbors in the Warwick area.
See why more customers buy with Balise Volkswagen or come by to find out how our team of auto finance experts can create a car loan or Volkswagen lease that meets you on your terms. Or order your Volkswagen parts online without ever needing to leave home. Our goal with every interaction is to exceed your expectations with professionalism, transparency and the quality which defines the Volkswagen brand.
