Was going to buy a used VW from Balise VW I saw on their website. Called to see if it was available. I was told by Shelly Higgins that it was available and I scheduled a test drive for that Saturday. I happened to be in the area (on Thursday) and thought I would stop by and see the car early. When I arrive I was told that it was in the repair shop and wouldn't be ready for a week.I asked why I was told that it was ready and they said "She didn't know" I was told not to come in on Saturday and the sales manager promised that I would be told when the car was ready. I followed up on the car a week later and once again Shelly Higgins told me that it was still being worked on and "would be sure to let me know" . I waited a told of 3 1/2 weeks before finding out that the car had been sold. I was NEVER told that the car was ready like promised. I never even received an email or call saying the car was sold. The Response from Basile "I am sorry and we have other cars available". There customer service is terrible and I would NEVER do business with them. The car is still on the website and I don't think they really care about their customers. IF you look for a car with them please keep this in mind. I don't want anyone's time wasted like mine. Terrible experience - I do not recommend them, will never buy from them, and may not even buy a VW because of them. We negotiated the price of the used car (overall, not a bad experience), but as soon a buy from them, and may not even buy a VW because of them. They immediately started stonewalling, begging, and then added a 5-day wait to purchase due to "internal" policies. I've owned about 6 cars in my life and this is the only dealer that has ever done this. It was pathetic and unsatisfactory. Speedcraft VW is a few miles south and while I didn't buy from them yet, they're another option close by. More

I've never been a fan of dealerships and I bought my fair share of new cars over the years, however I've never been treated so well as when I bought my new Passat. Dennis gave me a good deal on my new Jetta. He was honest and forthcoming on the phone. The price he quoted me was the price I got when I went into the dealership. I have always loved the Volkswagon Jetta, but thought it would be impossible to afford. Nancy Mancini at Balise VW in Warwick was so pleasant to work with, she spent her whole day with me finding me a Jetta would be impossible to afford. Upon bringing my relatively new Tig in for it's first service, I had the extreme fortune of working with Ann. She remembered me from when I purchased the car and greeted me warmly. She was more than ha service, I had the extreme fortune of working with Ann. She remembered me from when I purchased the car and greeted me warmly. She was more than happy to listen to my concerns of a small scratch and willing to talk with the service providers in the back to see if they could take care of small mark. After the service had been performed on my vehicle, Ann walked me out to my car and noted that it's lack-luster appearance. Even though Balise's wash is complimentary, she wasn't happy with how it looked. Nor was she happy that my small scratch hadn't been taken care of. She apologized and took the car back in to be properly cleaned. While I understand how workloads can become overwhelming and small details can be overlooked, I greatly appreciate the attention Ann and the service guys gave to me. To further add to Ann's heart-warming service, she walked me out to my Tig a second time to make sure that all the details were taken care of. Unfortunately she gave me the bad news that something had stained the hood of my car. We both agreed that this should never have happened, so Ann told me she would investigate my options. Before I even got home, Ann had called to inform me that they would be able and willing to repaint the hood of the car. Through several days of communication, I was always impressed with Ann's timely responsiveness, many time within the half hour of my own call. Her attention to my needs truly solidified the family-like feelings that I have already developed towards Balise. Once we had determined the day to start my bodywork, Balise offered a complimentary vehicle, which was even prepared for me before I arrived (this was great forethought, as it cut down my wait time!) Within a few days, I had my Tig back, looking just as beautiful as the day I bought it! A huge thank you to Ann for taking care of my vehicle and making me feel welcome at Balise. More
This is the 4th car my wife and I have purchased from this dealership and this one was for our daughter. After searching and finding this to be the best priced vehicle we were pleasantly surprised that a this dealership and this one was for our daughter.
