I had a great experience dealing with Yaris Martinez, my salesman at Balise VW. I am from Pennsylvania, and found the VW Beetle TDI Convertible that I wanted online on Auto Trader; it was located at Balise salesman at Balise VW. I called and spoke to Yaris to confirm availability of the car. He said it seemed to be available in their stock on the computer, but he wanted to double check to make sure. I asked him to call me back in 10 minutes. He called me back in under 10 minutes (probably 5 minutes tops). The great communication just kept on going, from submitting my finance app within 30 minutes of the first phone contact (I called in the evening), to being approved first thing the next morning. Yaris was great with all methods of communication (email, phone, and especially texting, which was wonderful for me, I do a lot of business texting). He was very attentive. I'm a busy person and I want answers ASAP so I can move on. The Beetle Convertible was a hard-to-find color (toffee brown metallic), and had all the options I wanted. This is my first "toy/summer" car and it meant a lot to me to have it exactly as I wanted it, because I will have it for many years to come. This was all discussed with Yaris, and he assured me he'd do his best to get me that particular car, and he delivered. Everything was discussed in advance so I didn't travel there for nothing, and I had no surprises. He is very prompt with his communication, does not use the high-pressure car salesman technique (which I hate), and probably the best car salesman I've ever had. He's a very relaxed and friendly person, and I felt comfortable. It was worth the travel from PA to deal with Yaris and Balise VW. I didn't have much time to look at Balise's other inventory due to the traveling, but my husband was impressed with Balise's stock of diesel manual transmission VW's as well as their quantity of competitively priced VW's in general. The next time we need a car, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see Yaris and Balise again! It would be worth the trip. Out-of-staters, don't hesitate to travel there! More

I was a first time buyer and really didn't know what to expect from a dealership. I looked online and saw that Balise had great prices and cars to choose from. The customer service right from the beginning was excellent. When I went down to the dealership, I was immediately greeted with a smile by the sales manager, Greg, who shook my hand and directed me to the salesman that I ended up working with, Andrew. Andrew showed me the car that I really liked, took me on a test drive, and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I had some problems, unrelated to Balise, with my insurance so I couldn't take the car home that day. Andrew personally drove me back home that night. This was remarkable to me- he was so friendly and really helped me with everything. I highly recommend Balise, their customer service and their selection is great- and ask for Andrew! More

My experience with Yaris Martinez went very well .When i first went into the dealership i was very nervous as this was the first time in buying a new car in 15 years. And 40 years since i last bought a VW first went into the dealership i was very nervous as this was the first time in buying a new car in 15 years. And 40 years since i last bought a VW beetle in 1973. I told him i wanted to test ride a VW BEETLE DIESEL. I was able to take it for a good ride on I95 He answer all of my questions very well. He was very patience with me and not pushing me to buy right away. It took several weeks before i decided to buy. He look very hard trying to find a red beetle.All in all he is a good salesman !
