They certainly did not have to negotiate with me on the vehicle I was interested in yet they did and I walked away feeling like a got a fair deal. More

My salesperson, Darren, had originally reached out to me because he knew I was becoming impatient with the lack of response from several other dealers and because I needed a car quickly. He was careful about finding out exactly what I wanted, and sourcing a car that was close enough to my specs for me to accept it. There was a little miscommunication along the way (**NOT** his fault). It didn't come to light until after the paperwork was done. Any organization can make a mistake. A truly great one recovers well. Without going into detail, they recovered EXCEPTIONALLY well. Darren and his manager, Chris, ensured that I was made whole and am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction. I love my GTI, and I'm thrilled with the treatment I got at Balise. None of the four other VW dealers I contacted was even CLOSE to as responsive as Darren. Much of the negotiation was done electronically...it couldn't have been more convenient for me. I did have to visit the dealership twice. Just to make clear, it was a two-hour drive from work to finalize the purchase, and a one-hour drive from home to pick up the car a few days later. It was worth it. More

I called trying to make an appointment again and was told they don't make appointments for inspections. I showed up the following week and they said I needed an appointmeny but would squeeze me in right after noon (I arrived at 9:30). I thought that was fine until the assistant service manager realized it was an alternate inspection (which I told him from the start). He still did not know what the alternate inspection was and said he had to call someone. They then said they wouldn't be able to do it that day because it will take too long to hear from the Safety and Emissions department. I decided to call on my own and was on the line with a representative in less than two minutes. He called Volkswagen and explained the situation at which point they said they couldn't do it till mid next week. It's clear to me that they should not be an inspection station if they are not even familiar with what needs to be done. They were rude and tried to get me to go elsewhere because of their lack of knowledge. More

As I pulled into the dealership my 2013 Passat was washed, gassed up and right in front. I did not have to ask for my salesperson as Wade was right there to great us. He took his time and presented the car to us demonstrating every option down to the E-brake. Fast and efficient, it took less than an hour and a half to do the sale and would have been less than an hour had I not taken an extended test drive. During my test drive I noticed a faint vibration in thw braking but took delivery anyway. I was told that if it didnt go away they would look into it. Not only did they honor their word and schedule me a courtesy service but also they replaced ALL 4 BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS FOR FREE. This repair was over 1000.00!!! If you want to buy a quality car from an honest(very rare) delearship I recommend this dealership. Wade and Steve did a great job!!!!! Janelle More

We arrived at Balise and were greeted by Joshua Formiglio who was very helpful and understanding. He made sure we found something that was right for us and did not try to persuade us to consider something else (which we have run into at other dealers). We were very pleased with the service throughout and would highly recommend this dealer and Joshua to anyone in the market! The finance department and assistance with contacting our insurance so everything was taken care of in one stop was excellent. More

David Coley, Sales and Leasing Consultant, provided top customer service, product knowledge and sincere interest to my wife and I, as we ultimately decided on the 2015 Golf SportsWagen. Christopher Ayala, Sales Manager, was instrumental in the process by asking great questions to really help us define what were the important choice. We wanted a Lease, we wanted the payments to be below $399, we wanted a fair trade-in price on our existing car. David and Christopher, listened to our objectives and presented a deal that fit all our goals and they added the 10, 20 and 30K Maintenance for No Cost!!! How's that for making the Customer Happy. My wife was thrilled and so was I. I also want to acknowledge the great service provided by Steve Crosby the Business Manager. Steve helped us understand how we could control the potential costs not covered by our insurance or the Volkswagen Warranty. His complete understanding of the possible choices were translated to us clearly and patiently. Again all focused on "what is the benefit to the customer", great job Steve! Lastly, our final stop before heading home with the new Golf SportsWagen, was with Taylor Kershaw, who helped us contact our Insurance Company and get the Insurance changed. I will go back to Balise VW to chat with Taylor about the Auto Insurance from Allstate that they represent in the Dealership. Bruce More
