Exceptional Sales Experience I recently attended an event for current owners of auto's purchased from Balise VW. It was a crazy busy day there and the sales staff from the greeter I recently attended an event for current owners of auto's purchased from Balise VW. It was a crazy busy day there and the sales staff from the greeters to the sales men and woman were doing a great job keeping the many customers comfortable. I, probably unintentionally rudely, approached Joshua Formiglio as he was working with another customer and asked if I could speak to him next. He politely agreed but continued with his current customer. In between all the running around for them he had to do he answered all of my questions and concerns and even got me in a couple of cars to test drive. Unfortunately the car I wanted was sold, ironically to the customer he was with at the time. He informed me there was another CC that the service manager was driving as a demo. It was in the back lot. It was EXACTLY the car I was hoping for. After filling out all the paperwork he got the car cleaned up and ready to take home. I was very impressed, as a business owner myself, at Joshua's calm demeanor and ability to multi task. He spent plenty of time with me in the car going over the operation. I left feeling like a million bucks! Thanks Joshua and the team at Balise! More

Dont trust the financing department! The salesman I worked with was great but the head of financing will take you for all you've got! To say the least he will lie to you about the rate you can get, and if you ask for them to make your payment less instead of giving you more for your trade or taking $ off your new car he will "do you a favor and get you a better rate" I would not buy a car from here again. Honesty is NOT their policy. Also they will not tell you how the payment had been adjusted until you have driven there twice and its an hour drive..... I would look elsewhere before stopping here! After more than a 2-hr wait, I test drove a car and was ready to deal. They offered $11,700 for my trade and $2000 customer loyalty incentive (the latter being offered at every VW dealership in the US). They didn't even include the usual mark-down to close to invoice, just MSRP minus the the $2000 VW is giving them. I'm mad at them and mad I allowed myself to believe the too-good-to-be-true offer and wasted 5 hours (the wait, the test drive, then to and from my house) of my time. This kind of shyster maneuver simply shows their outrageous efforts to defeat emission standards are anything but an anomaly. More
