I was very pleased with the experience I had with Jerry Rome. I did purchase a 2013 Nissan Altima, which I love! The advertised flyer and fantastic reviews of Bob Doe at Jerry Rome Nissan got me in the door. I didn't end up with the advertised price (read the fine print, the average person doesn't qualify for many of Jerry Rome Nissan got me in the door. I didn't end up with the advertised price (read the fine print, the average person doesn't qualify for many of the discounts that brought the price down), but working with Bob Doe kept me in the building and ultimately into a 2012 Rogue for a 39 month lease that I am very happy with. I love the car, Bob and Brian (the finance manager) made the entire process a pleasant one, and I left feeling good about the purchase and positive I will be back to get another Nissan when my lease is up! On June 9, 2012 I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. Luckily I had the ad in my hand of rebates, or I would not have gotten any. Every one was unhappy and the Sales Manager had the nerve, when I declined the extended warranty, to pretty much call me an idiot, and that I could come up there once a week and he would give me a dollar towards the amount for the warranty. I should have walked out at that time, but I had already worked too hard to get what was advertised. I couldn't believe that someone would talk to a customer like that. Then when I picked up the car, the Nissan logo on the back was upside down, I mentioned this to the person who was delivering the car to be me, and he pretty much laughed and said maybe that is good luck. He didn't even flinch at the mistake that had gotten past all the people that worked and inspected that car. I am very dissatified with Jerry Rome Dealership, especially the sales manager. I would never consider buying a car here again, and I have told these stories to my shocked friends, co-workers and family. I don't have to tell you, that is no way to do business. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to let you know what goes on there. I do hope that I don't have problems with my car, because I do NOT want to deal with the people that I had to during the purchase. Pat More
Buying a car can be an anxiety provoking experince. Luckily I got the oppurtunity to work with Bob Doe at Jerry Rome Nissan and anxiety was out the window. Not an easy car to come by.. most are overpriced... and you have to read the CarFax's carefully (when available) to understand subtle issues and abuses with the vehicles. I made contact with Bob through an internet inquiry. He promply replied with an email and then followed up with a call. I returned the call and had questions prepared to ask. Bob was able to answer all my questions.. and he did not pressure me at all. I also asked whether he had certain photos of the SSR: Bob said he didn't but would take them, send them to me via email and also post them to the dealer's site by 10am the next day. Bt 8am the next morning all of this was done. Great follow-through Bob!!! I am still reviewing the information and although the distance to the dealership and my home is about 4 hours, I am still considering this SSR: the options, the price (wish it was $1K lower) and how to get the vehicle back home. The Jerry Rome dealership has a great salesperson on staff! More

Working with Bob Doe was great. He was a no pressure sales person which my wife and I really liked. Bob got us a great deal on the vehicle we wanted and I would recommend him to anybody who is looking f sales person which my wife and I really liked. I owned a Nissan Murano that I purchased from Johnson Nissan in Pittsfield Ma in 2008. I had just turned over 60k miles and thought that I should look at possibly trading it in. I did alot of research and first, decided to stay with Nissan given it's outstanding performance, and secondly, I LOVED the Nissan Juke SL AWD. I contacted the dealer that sold me the Murano and asked if they could find a White Pearl Nissan Juke SL AWD for me and I was told he was having a difficult time locating one, but he had a graphite blue one on the lot that was loaded. Sorry, not what I was looking for. I went back online to Nissanusa.com and searched for the exact car that I was looking for which turned up Jerry Rome Nissan. I sent my inquiry online and Bobby Doe from Jerry Rome Nissan contacted me that day via email. He let me know that he had the vehicle that I was looking for. After work, I contacted him and said that I was interested. To make sure he got the email, I followed up with a phone call, just to make sure. He informed me that someone had come in and was interested, but encouraged me to come down (one hour away) the nest day (Saturday). So I set out with my Mom and daughter Annie on Saturday morning. On the Mass Pike, my phone beeped and said I had a new email. The email was from Bobby Doe telling me that the customer who looked at the vehicle on Friday had put a deposit on the car. He was very apologetic, but my heart was broken. We were almost to West Springfield, so I decided to keep going. As we were driving, I began assessing my options, Balise Honda, Balise Toyota, Subaru, etc., but I really had my heart set on the vehicle I was going to see. So, after much thought, I pulled into Jerry Rome Nissan, parked, got out and walked around. I saw 2 black Nissan Jukes, a red one, and the White Pearl one that I was really going to see, but now was sold. I walked inside and asked for Bobby, he came out and apologized again, asked if I still wanted to test drive one, and I hesitantly stated yes, but he assured me he could get another white pearl Juke SL AWD. As he went inside to get the plates, key and a photocopy of my license, the manager came out and told me that the person who had put a deposit on the Juke withdrew it. Bobby didn't even know yet! I was ecstatic! It was all smooth sailing after that. Test drive to sign was less than 3 hours and extrememly painless! It was without a doubt the BEST car buying experience I had ever had. He was more than willing to make me happy without the normal car buying pressure (for example, I have a Graphite Blue one you will LOVE). I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership, except how I sincerely appreciate all of their help and willingness to go the extra mile for a customer! THEY GET THE HIGHEST RATING IN MY BOOK, and I can guarantee that they will get alot of additional business from Western Massachusetts (the Berkshires in particular!!!!). Thank you Jerry Rome Nissan for your outstanding customer service and wonderful understanding of a customers wants and or needs! You guys are the BEST! More
