Excellent Service! I called Balise Lexus and obtained a quote for routine service on my 2008 RX350. I worked with Joe Renzulli (the assistant service manager) upon arriv I called Balise Lexus and obtained a quote for routine service on my 2008 RX350. I worked with Joe Renzulli (the assistant service manager) upon arrival at the dealership. The service was performed on my vehicle in a complete and timely fashion and I was contacted that the car was ready for pickup. During checkout with Joe, it became apparent that when I had originally called in to another service consultant, I was quoted a lower cost for one of the services than what Joe advised the cost should have been. Understanding I had been wrongly quoted, Joe made a cost adjustment and apologized for the error. I was extremely pleased at the way Joe and Balise Lexus resolved the matter in such a professional manner. I most certainly will continue to utilize Balise Lexus for all my service needs on the two Lexus vehicles I own! More

I walked into the dealership for the 1st time and felt very comfortable right away. From the front receptionist, sales staff to Noah, I was treated very professionally and he took the time with which made very comfortable right away. He's a nice young man with strong work ethics and good customer service, which flows positively with the entire staff under his management. I was almost killed in an accident with my Lexus 350rx and it saved my life that's why I went to balise to purchase another one. When I purchased my Lexus it was the best experience I have ever have buying a vehicle. Being a woman and purchasing from a woman was my first experience. I bought a brand new IS, they gave me a good deal on it with my trade and then I started taking it in for service. They hook you in with the first couple of oil changes being free and then they start char with my trade and then I started taking it in for service. They hook you in with the first couple of oil changes being free and then they start charging you $250 each time thereafter. There are numerous things here I could list off with their customer service that I take issue with but bottom line-Their service department is overpriced and they may give you a good deal on a car but they will rob you when it comes time for maintenance. They told me I needed brakes on my car which only had 30,000 miles on it at the time, along with new tires, and they wanted to charge me around $3,000. I went to a mechanic who specializes in domestic and import autos and he wanted to charge me $600 for the tires and he said my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. I want to get the word out there that their service department is a rip so that people can be made aware and do not get taken advantage of. More

THE SALES EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIFIC. THEY MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS ALMOST SEAMLESS AND VERY EASY TO DO BUSINESS. IN CONTRAST TO THE LOCAL LEXUS DEALER WHO HAD BOTH INEXPERIENCED SALES PEOPLE INITIALLY AND WER PROCESS ALMOST SEAMLESS AND VERY EASY TO DO BUSINESS. IN CONTRAST TO THE LOCAL LEXUS DEALER WHO HAD BOTH INEXPERIENCED SALES PEOPLE INITIALLY AND WERE NOT FLEXIBLE EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED A RX 350 TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE. THE ONLY VERY NOMINAL QUESTION WAS GETTING AN INSPECTION STICKER SINCE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED OUT OF STATE. BOTH SALES PEOPLE ARE A CLASS ACT AND A REAL TESTIMONY TO THE LEXUS BRAND. More
