His professionalism and caring approach was exactly why we came to Balise Lexus. We had previously bought a 2011 RX450H there and have very pleased with everyone in the service department. Ms Aleesha Peters spent about one hour reviewing in detail every button , setting etc on the day of sale. This service was not available when we purchased our prior car and it is a fantastic helpful addition before we drove out from the showroom She is very knowledgeable and available for future calls if needed. We also met with the Business Manager Bill Gryszkiewicz who sensitively explained all the additional add on warranty options (one of which we purchased) without any high pressure tactics we all hear about. In summary we'll be back for our next car purchase in the future. More

After 35 years driving/purchasing automobiles (finally) I have never had such a positive experience as which I had with Balise Lexus. Called and spoke with Marc Thompson, honest well informed on Lexus products. After negotiations of terms and shipping finance manager called and informed me that I qualified thru their financing company get better terms/ rates. Never have I had such a positive purchasing experience in all my years shopping for autos. Waiting for the car too be delivered next week so cannot speak about product at this time (Iam confident it Will just enhance my gratitude ). If what I experienced with this dealership is any indication how Balise runs their other automotive groups. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Balise. I am now a lifetime long distance customer. My 23 year experience with Balise Lexus My initial dealing with Balise Lexus was in 1993. My first Salesman was Marc Thompson and since then I have leased either 9 or 10 Lexus LS 460's. I My initial dealing with Balise Lexus was in 1993. My first Salesman was Marc Thompson and since then I have leased either 9 or 10 Lexus LS 460's. I have lost track. It start with the 400 then the 430 and have been in the 460 ever since it came out. Mark is STILL and has been my only salesman in all those years. That is unheard of in the car business. Balise Lexus has done ALL my service over those years. They pick up my car at work, leave me a free Lexus loaner, deliver my car back to my office washed and vacuumed and we swap keys and away they go. After 21 years, 9 cars, all the service.....I have only been to their dealership ONCE. That is correct. Once was the first time in 1993. I have never had to go back there physically ever again. Marc Thompson left my office this morning with my newest car lease. All we did was swap plates, swap keys, sign the Lease at my office and inform me of any new toys or features this car has over the previous one. One last thing. A new Lexus dealership came to my town which is literally a 1/2 mile from my office about 10 years ago. I have never walked in their doors ever. Balise Lexus is 75 miles from my office. What difference does it matter if I never have to go there. They come to me. That is personalized service from a person in addition to a dealership. Why fix anything if it ain't broke. I'm still young enough to hopefully see another 21 years in Lexus' with Balise Lexus. I would hate to see you leave Marc. By the way, Every new car lease takes literally 10 minutes on the phone to negotiate. What Color and how much? That's it. Don't need to test drive the same vehicle I have been driving for 21 years. Time is valuable and time is money. Marc and Balise save me a lot of time and it is worth doing business with someone who understands that and trusts you and you trust them after all these years. Can you image trusting a car salesman??? I should have written these review many years ago because nothing has changed in 21 years. You guys are the Best!! Thank you for everything you do!!!!!
