Whenever I bring in our suv for service, staff like Joe, are like getting together with an old friend that has a network of people willing to do anything they can to help. I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could! If you need a Lexus, do not waste your hard earned cash with a shady dealership. Any dealership in Western Mass with Balise in front of it will do you right but I have to say, that Balise Lexus is the cream of the crop baby! Thank you guys! More
