I purchased a G80 Genisis from this dealership with 6000 miles on the car. Being an out of state resident I relied on Charles Goldstein, New Car Sales Manager, who claims he inspected the car. The car was delivered to me. The following day I walked out of my office and with the sunlight in a different direction I noticed significant hail damage to the hood of the car. I called Charles and told him of the damage. He requested pictures of the damage which I sent. I was informed by Charles the car was fine when he dropped it off. I requested to speak with a higher manager which Charles said he would arrange. To date no call back after multiple phone calls. I can only say be aware if you choose to do business with these folks. They are not dealing from the top of the deck. More

They sold me a truck with the engine knocking, so I canceled the deal and went in to get my $4000 back.they told me to dispute the charges with my bank and I asked for a receipt to give to my bank s canceled the deal and went in to get my $4000 back.they told me to dispute the charges with my bank and I asked for a receipt to give to my bank saying they would refund me. Then one of the guys begins giving me grief so I say hey do I have to involve the authorities he begins to curse and call me a nut job. I then ask whats his position there and turns out he was the GM. The GM lied about his position there's taking he was head janitor, insulted a combat veteran calling me a nut and cursing and storming off he hide in a glass office. The sales manager Dennis and salesperson Dan lied about his name calling him "Scott" and they said he was the lease manager and told me I didn't want to do this. It wasn't until I asked another salesperson his GMs name and he said Robert Serrano. They also tried to sneak a 2100 dollar extended warranty into my deal . Im reporting this to Hyundai Corporate and the owners of Balise. More

Experience with the sales team was poor at best. Drove down 1.5hrs to see a pre-owned vehicle on a scheduled appointment, and they didn’t have the keys to the vehicle. So I couldn’t test drive the vehicle down 1.5hrs to see a pre-owned vehicle on a scheduled appointment, and they didn’t have the keys to the vehicle. So I couldn’t test drive the vehicle. On top of that, the pics online did not show the hideous condition the vehicle was in, both interior and exterior. Should’ve guessed there was a catch since the vehicle was in the market for over 100 days. What a waste of time! More
Balise has had my mom's car since Tuesday. They're service department, customer service personnel didn't keep my mom informed on her car status at all.
