Worst experience ever I retreat to purchase this brand and this always the same thing, they treat you like a king when you want to sell a car but when you need anything you I retreat to purchase this brand and this always the same thing, they treat you like a king when you want to sell a car but when you need anything you give me the back, I will never buy a car from Hyundai again, my worst experience ever. After I trade in my old 2012 Hyundai Sonata hybrid, I recieve a letter stating that I'm responsible for damages and wear, how can I be responsible for a car that I already trade it in and the sales manager told me that everything was excellent with the car, doesn't make any sense to me that a week after I left the old car in the dealership I have to be responsible for, this is completely unacceptable and I feel that I being cheated. They say that my old car has a scratch on the door and dent on the front bumper. They sand me a bill of $450 with black and white pictures that I can't even see where the damage that they referring is located. Very disappointed of Hyundai and the way that handle business with old customers. More

Everyone did a great job I went to Hyundai to look at the Elantra which I had seen a commercial for a good lease price. When we first started talking the lease prices I was s I went to Hyundai to look at the Elantra which I had seen a commercial for a good lease price. When we first started talking the lease prices I was shown were higher than the commercial I saw. When I mentioned it they honored the price I saw even though it wasn't specific to that dealership.
