Waiting for a refund since 11/5/16 Was suppose to get heated seats installed in a recent lease. The price was worked into the lease payment. Seats were never installed and was offered the option of a refund for what the price would be (approx 500.00) Have gotten the run around and have been informed it was processed, etc. Still waiting and its 12/26/16.Numerous calls to salesman and also to Manager. Have not gotten a call back to the status of it. I will keep calling every day. Stay away from this place!!!!!! Next call is going to be to headquarters in Massachusettes and Better Business Bureau. Do not go to this dealership!! More

Carolina was both professional, personable and pleasant to deal with. Carolina followed-up after our first visit, worked hard to get us the most mutually acceptable deal. Carolina went above and beyond by offering and driving our GMC Acadia back to the dealership so we could drive away with our new Santa Fe!! The only issue we had, which was out of Carolina's control, was the wait time to sign the official paperwork/agreement with the manager. Although the wait time was much longer than expected, Carolina was accommodating as we waited. More
