This is the worst place of business I have ever encountered. On multiple occasions I have attempted to business with this company but they seem to have no concept of customer service. I am trying to come in and pick up parts half an hour before they close and no one is answering the phone. I called sales and asked the hours only to immediately be transferred to service where no one is picking up the phone. The worst service I ever had. RUDE service manager and GM. Took my car in for recall. They had the car ALL day. At 4:15 when we went to get the car we were told they could not do the work on my car. The saga goes downhill from there. I emailed the GM. He never responded. The service manager called (who had just started two weeks previously). He had a poor excuse for every mishap. Gave a half hearted, rude, apology and asked me what I wanted him to do. REALLY!!! Saddest part is when I bought the car two years ago I took out a service contract. My advice…STAY FAR AWAY!!!’ More
