When we bought our new car our salesman was Eric Bruno he was very nice to deal with and very helpful. We decided to trade our RAV-4 and wanted to buy a used CRV. When we arrived at the dealership Eric greeted us once again which was great because we were going to ask for him, again we received great service with Eric and also the finance mgr. I feel sure when we are in need of another car we will visit Eric at Majestic. More

A good experience I hate going to car dealerships as a rule, especially the " what will it take to put you in this car today" type salesperson. I let Sarah know that immediately, and was assured that would not happen . It didn't. I knew what type of car I wanted, owning a 12 year old CR-V that I loved. She showed me a few, let me know what it would cost, how much my car was worth, and let me test drive it. I knew that was the car that I wanted to buy. I did not go with Honda financing, so it took a couple of weeks to get the equity loan that I wanted. I promised her that if during that time she didn't bother me, I would definitely buy my car from her. When I had my money I called her and within days, I had my new car. Sarah was helpful and professional, and made sure that everything went smoothly. I am very happy with the whole experience. More
