Awesome experience buying a new car Recently, my parents and I began car shopping for my first new car. Our choices were basically narrowed down to a Toyota RAV4 and a Honda CRV. Despite Recently, my parents and I began car shopping for my first new car. Our choices were basically narrowed down to a Toyota RAV4 and a Honda CRV. Despite only having two real options, car shopping with my parents tends to be a stressful process. However, from the moment we entered the dealership, David Fontaine and the other staff made the process very stress free. He explained the different options for the CRV in a way we could all understand, and pointed out what made the CRV an exemplary car versus similar mid-size SUVs. In addition, he also made us a offer we could not refuse. Even after the finances were squared away, he went out of his way to inform us he was there as a resource if we had any questions or concerns about the car in the future. This was very comforting to our family especially since this is my first new car and I go to college somewhat far away. When it came down to it, the quality of service we received with Dave at the Honda dealership was drastically better than that of the Toyota dealership, which made a huge difference when we made our decision to buy the CRV. Dave was able to answer all our questions, was very pleasant, but also gave us the space we needed to make our decision. At the end of the transaction when a small hiccough arose, both Dave and Terra dealt with it immediately and the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. We were there only to test drive the car thinking I would have to go from dealer to dealer to get the best deal. I had my 2006 Honda CR-V with us at the time in case I decided to trade it in. Anthony asked if we were going to trade the CR-V in towards a new car and I was honest with him and stated maybe "if the price was right we would do business". Well he stated that he doesn't like to waste peoples time with all kinds of dickering back and forth and I told him I didn't want to waste his time also so if we could come to an agreement on the price we could possibly save each other a lot of time. Well I had done my homework checking into my trade in value for my car and the true dealers cost for the new vehicle minus the dealer incentives and holdbacks (consumer reports car buying program) so I knew excactly what was willing to pay with my trade. Now I am ready to go to battle!! Well no battle was necessary. Anthony came to me with a price that was below what I had planned to fight for! Actually his numbers exactly the same as I had on my paperwork from consumer reports including incentives and holdbacks. I have never dealt with a dealer that was that honest with the numbers. And I hadn't evened made an offer yet. He was a little low on my trade so after a few minutes of bargaining he came up on my trade and we closed the deal. Overall a very pleasent experience and I didn't have to go from dealer to dealer. So save yourself a lot of wasted time and just go to Majestic Honda and ask for Anthony and see what he can do for you. Tell him I sent you.......only kidding! Solved my dilemma I had an issue with my old car which lead me to a great amount of stress. So I decided to check a few dealerships out to see what my options were. I wasn't necessarily planning to buy anything because I wanted to find the right deal. However, Dave set me up with a great deal that was in my budget and met my needs. He was a solid salesman by being very thorough. He provided me with great customer service, gave me my privacy for phone calls, and overall set me up with a beautiful new lease. I would highly recommend Majestic Honda and Dave as a salesman to anyone looking to lease or buy. More

Majestic was the 5th dealership we had been to in the last few days, and no one gave us the time and attention we got from Anthony. He did not pressure us in anyway to purchase our new Accord. He very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Honda Accord and we knew we had chosen the right vehicle after spending some time with him. He got us the price we wanted with very little haggaling. After purchasing our new Accord, Anthony spent close to an hour going through all the features of the Accord. We have purchased many cars in our lifetime, and he was certainly the most through salesman we have ever had. He made sure when we left with our new car, we knew he would be there for us at anytime if we needed him. He said this was not the end of our relationship, but the beginning.
