Excellent Customer Service James was very helpful. I had certain expectations walking in and we wound up being a decent amount apart on what we both expected. It turned out that James was very helpful. I had certain expectations walking in and we wound up being a decent amount apart on what we both expected. It turned out that I was using KBB for the trade in value, but they were using a different standard so the offer threw me off a bit. After some discussion and them going through the numbers and the reasons for them I realized that I wasn't comparing apples to apples. They also realized that my existing (trade-in) car was very well taken care of and it was a 2009 with less than 60,000 miles so they were able to move a bit on their trade-in value. After all was said and done we met in the middle and everyone was happy. I was going to this dealership when it was still Majestic Honda and even though they are now Balise, the Customer Service is still right up there with the best of them. Honda is my brand and Balise/Jim are who I plan on buying them from in the future. Great Job! More
