Professional sales and great experience! Dave Fontaine was excellent from the moment we discussed needs to the final sales transaction. We researched through the internet and narrowed down to Dave Fontaine was excellent from the moment we discussed needs to the final sales transaction. We researched through the internet and narrowed down to Accord or Civic; it took 8 or so test drives to compare and every question and nuance of the cars Dave answered and patiently helped us through the process. Compared four dealerships and this was the best deal and best personal treatment we received. A competitor tried the classic low price ad routine and then could not present the car. Bought a 2015 Civic EX-l and could not be happier. Entire staff from sales to insurance (Allstate in the building) to finance were excellent. Ask for Dave! More

Terrible service I went to purchase a car and got an okay deal but knew it could be better so slept on it for a night and decided to go ahead with the deal. Tried to call the salesman and he wouldn't return my calls. Got in touch with the online experience guy. He said he'll have him call me he never did. Got in touch with the salesman finally after a week and he said he would call me right back he was busy and never did. Get in touch with manager and went in and he said there was nothing he could do except give me $300 less and made excuses for the salesman. So I left and went to metro Honda in jonston and they gave me a higher price on my trade and a lower price on the vehicle and was very fast and I was able to drive it home that night when majestic told me it would be weeks before I could. Go to metro Honda. Definitely an amazing experience and was treated extremely well there. Gave me a better price for my car also. More

From our first meeting almost 2 weeks ago he listened to what we needed, wanted and could afford and he found us the perfect car!!!!! I could not be happier! Poor customer service When purchasing a car, they suck up to you. But, if there is a problem after purchase try getting them to respond and good luck!! Keyless entry was never explained to me upon purchase. Only keyless ignition was explained. It is tough to break old habits and. because I thought I needed my keys in my hand to get in into the car and lock up, I have left my keys in the car several times. First, my keys were inadvertently locked in my car by my husband's second set of keys because he did not realize I had left them in there. They had told me it is impossible to lock keys in the car. My husband was gone and I had to go to work so I called them in a panic to ask if there was anything I could do. I left five separate messages all day long and nobody returned my call . Secondly, I again left my keys in my car and unfortunately they were stolen. I had to have more keys made and reprogrammed. Called sales person to ask about options and he told me that to have them reprogrammed it would be hundreds and hundreds of dollars. He told me that all they could do was get me a set of duplicate keys. Wrong on both counts. I went to herb chambers in Seekonk and had two keys made and reprogrammed for $237 . Again, even though some of these mishaps were my fault because I was not familiar with/used to the workings of keyless entry, both days that I tried calling I left several messages and nobody bothered to call me back. I will never buy a car there again . More

Poor Customer Service I purchased a brand new Honda Civic last month and was pleased at first with this dealership, however after having the car for a couple weeks now I ha I purchased a brand new Honda Civic last month and was pleased at first with this dealership, however after having the car for a couple weeks now I have noticed some flaws that they refuse to even look at or fix. First off the brake rotors are already rusted from them leaving the car out all winter long. Also I have noticed on the highway the car has a vibration in the steering wheel and is not centered when going down a straight road. After calling them on this their response was that it was normal wear and tear and that I could have hit a pothole (which I did not) and they would charge me for them to look at it ($75)!! And to top it off after emailing them again they no longer respond to my messages. Great customer service you have here... If I get another Honda in the future it will be with Metro not Balise. More
