We test drove a new CRV. The next day we decided to buy it and agreed on a price over the phone. Salesman said he would hold the car. 5 days later we arranged to pick up the The next day we decided to buy it and agreed on a price over the phone. Salesman said he would hold the car. 5 days later we arranged to pick up the car. Upon arrival, we waited 40 minutes. Then, we were told they had given our car to someone as a loaner. We thought it was a joke. No joke. They said they would find another like it from another dealer, and we could come back later. Incredible that a business of car sales cannot keep track of their cars. Very disappointed. I would never recommend them. More

Bait & Switch. I was talking to the selling agent via text for a week. I live 2 hours away and was driving there for a specific car. I understood that they couldn't I was talking to the selling agent via text for a week. I live 2 hours away and was driving there for a specific car. I understood that they couldn't hold the car for me. Two hours before I left, I asked if the car was still available and it was so I drove there. I arrived and a sales person stated he would pull the car around for me. He pulled a different car with 40K more miles on it. He said, "The other car 'just' was bought and driven off the lot, but I'll give you a great deal on this one." He took forever to get numbers on this other car and came back with a less than ideal price for the other car. Typical bait and switch. I had my 11 year old son with me-- and kindly told them that this was disappointing. More
