Terrible Customer Service I bought a preowned 2015 Chrysler 200 in December 2019. When I was putting in my son’s car seat at the dealership I noticed water on the floor of the I bought a preowned 2015 Chrysler 200 in December 2019. When I was putting in my son’s car seat at the dealership I noticed water on the floor of the back seat. The salesman (Eric) told me that it must have been from them cleaning the car. He brought the car back and they cleaned the water. Then in late March of 2020 I noticed that there was water again on the floor in the exact same place after it rained. I called and they said they would take a look at it. When I got to the dealership they said it would be a $140 diagnostic test BEFORE they could do anything, which she also explained that I would be paying for the repair as well. I said “Why would I give you my business if you guys ripped me off?” Which seems to be a confusing concept to the employees who work here. The woman in service (Ashley) told me that sales wasn’t open and they couldn’t talk to them. After I left I called and spoke to someone (Marcus) in sales (guess they were open) who said he would speak to the general manager. I guess he just spoke to Ashley and called me back with the same information she had already told me. I also emailed the general manager and didn’t get a response. They also don’t seem to understand why I’m upset. I already bought a CAR from them I’m not giving them another few hundred dollars to fix the problem they sold to me. No matter how logical and to the point I am they literally just keep telling me that it’s $140 plus however much it is to repair the leak. Terrible customer service. I will never come back. They sold me a car with a problem and they won’t fix. Everyone who I came in contact with is a moron and can’t seem to see things from the customer’s point of view. I brought it to Paul Bailey’s in North Kingstown and had a much better experience. More
