We briefly discussed some financing options but did not commit to anything. We knew that we would be taking a ride to see this vehicle but it was not for a week or two. We were pleased that we did not receive any pressure phone calls trying to badger us on a sale. We arrived one day and met up with Paul Venice. Extremely friendly and very laid back (our type of sales person). We also met with Rachel who remembered us from our call. We took the Kia out for a drive and were happy with it. Paul and the financing dept. were able to get us better financing than we were able to get at our own bank. We completed the transaction within a week. Very happy with the purchase process and suggest seeing Paul for a very good experience. More

I had today off and took a ride to Bald Hill, where I met Paul Venice. He took me on a test drive in a silver kia soul which was great. We went back to his desk and he made it very easy for me to purchase this vehicle. He is very good at his job, and friendly and very nice. So with the help and expertise of kevin shannon our financial loan man they made it happen. Today was a really good day, thankyou both, and so far I love my kia soul. More

I was able to select the vehicle and pick it up in a matter of days. I was thrilled with the interest Milke showed in putting me in the car that I wanted, not just any one on the lot. I highly recommend on-line shopping before hand so that you are ready to take advantage of the cars in stock and availbale for purchase. Great Experience working with Mike Maymom at Bald Hill Kia We recently purchased (April 12, 2014) a 2014 Kia Soul at Bald Hill Kia. When we first visited the dealership a few weeks back we were met by Mike Ma We recently purchased (April 12, 2014) a 2014 Kia Soul at Bald Hill Kia. When we first visited the dealership a few weeks back we were met by Mike Maymom. MIke showed us the Kia model that we were interested in and didn't try to show us more expensive cars as many other dealerships tend to do. Mike was very knowledgeable about the cars and could answer every question that both myself and my wife asked. Mike also took us for two test rides to show us the difference in how the vehicles operated. We felt extremely comfortable with Mike and he showed us the we were more like family then a customer. Mike took us thru the entire dealership and shows us the sales department, service areas, part department and business office. He also explained that Kia offers a shuttle service if you need a ride home after dropping off your vehicle for service. Both my wife and i felt that we were treated like a family member and would highly recommend Ball Hill Kia and Mike Maymon to visit when you are ready to make a purchase of a vehicle. we look forward to a long relationship with Mike Maymom and Bald Hill Kia. The entire experiance was terrific. From the moment we walked in and met Chris until we picked up the new car and drove away the experiance could not have gone more smoothly. I found the car that I wanted on the internet and immediately received an e-mail from Bald Hill Kia. They answered all my questions and made an appointment for me to see the car. I was impressed by the attitude of the sales department which worked together as a team to help me make my purchase. The service department detailed and made my seven year old car look almost like new. I returned a few days after my purchase for a steering vibration problem, which their service team took the time and care to repair for me. They took the time to follow up with e-mails and voice-mails to make sure that my experience with them was, and continues to be, a positive one. Bald Hill Kia is a meticulously clean dealership staffed by helpful and friendly people. While I was there waiting for my repair, I looked at the Kias in the showroom. They are impressive cars and definitely worth future consideration. Bob More
I recently turned in my 2011 Kia Sportage lease in for a new lease on a 2014 Kia Sorento (AWD). When I originally leased my 2011, I didn't leave with a great experience, and when I recently went to a differ new lease on a 2014 Kia Sorento (AWD). When I originally leased my 2011, I didn't leave with a great experience, and when I recently went to a different dealership to talk about trading in/up, I was disappointed again. However, from my very first interaction with Ed Santiago, I felt completely different. Straight from the get-go, he was honest, up front, and I could tell that he valued my time. I told him what I was looking for and what my options were budget wise, etc., which he absolutely respected and never tried to pressure me into anything beyond what I told him I could afford. I cannot say enough good things about Ed Santiago, who was a pleasure to work with and restored my faith in the car buying experience. I hope he's still there when my lease is up again. More

Al is a pro - very knowledgeable and f we decided we wanted a Kia Sorento. We ended up finding the right one at Bald Hill Kia, working with Al Paulo. Al is a pro - very knowledgeable and friendly. I found that working with Al was a pleasure as he spent time with us to learn what it is we were looking for. The first day we went in we didn't end up with a car, but a week or so later Al called us about a car he just took in that he knew we'd like. Long story short, we bought it and love our new car. We came for two visits each asking about two different Kia's and Eddy new everything we asked and more . After buying the Optima, Eddy showed us where to come for any service we needed and told us we can always call him with any questions. We will recommend this dealership to our friends. More
