Although I did not get my in-dash navigation and sunroof I wanted ( because I did not have enough money ), The experience was well worth the trip. They took in my 2007 Ford Escape for a trade towards my new sorento. Good job. Keep up the good work. More

I had bought a used car from them and there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. First one was the crappy cleaning job that the kid did. There was stuff splattered on the headliner that was never cleaned and when I brought it back the kid accused me of doing it, the back seat cup holders were a mess as well. I brought the car back in and showed the wonderful guy Joe who sold me the car (he was awesome) and the kid who attempted to clean it the first time tried 2 more times and it still looked crappy. they ended up having replace the head liner due to not being able to fix the hole that was in it. the day after one of the pillers popped out and the ones in the back were not in correctly. then my husband opened the cover to the sunroof on a rainy yucky day and when he closed it there was a water line on it and when he stuck his hand up there to feel for water his hand was covered in water. So I took pictures and sent them to the manager daved and asked if it was possible that they did something to the sunroof when they put the new liner in. mind you they had to remove the cover to put the new liner on it and they had to remove the pillars as well. Daved emailed me back and told me in all capital letters that the guys who did it didn't have to take off the pillars. he also said they didn't touch the sunroof. I have talked to many car people and they all told me that YES they have to remove the pillars in order to put the liner in. So Daved LIED. No way was I going back to them. I ended up trading the car in for a new one. I had only bought the end of April too. I loved that car. so morel of the story, the service department sucks and Daved is a liar. More

I loved that car. there were a few issues that had to be addressed and Joe made sure it was taken care of. he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy and that the car was fixed. I highly recommend talking to Joe. Unfortunately I had to trade the car in this month due to some other major issues that the service manager Daved would not deal with. so if you need a car, go see Joe but don't use the service department. More

I arrived and met with Adam. He was a jovial, energetic salesman and I just fell in love with his personality. Adam your the best! Between Adam and Paul the manager my experience was smooth and flawless. I was about done with dealerships until I met them. They made me feel comfortable and no pressure and even went the extra mile to save me extra money. I highly recommend Adam as a salesman!
