Typically, going to a car dealership to buy a new vehicle is like going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled ... necessary but not a pleasant experience. We are happy to say that our experience with Bald Hi is like going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled ... necessary but not a pleasant experience. We are happy to say that our experience with Bald Hill Dodge was pretty much unlike any other we've ever had. They were friendly, informative, helpful, and not pushy. Instead of trying to close the deal forcefully on our first visit, they advised us that we "had to be happy with our decision" and to "give them a call" when we were ready. What a refreshingly different attitude. Further, we had originally requested quotes online from five different Dodge dealers, as we knew exactly the truck that we wanted. Bald Hill, one of the five dealerships, was the only dealership that went out of their way to find ALL of the applicable rebates that we qualified for, saving us a lot of money. None of the other dealerships quoted any rebates other than the "standard" ones. Bald Hill went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best price. We would absolutely recommend them (and in fact we have.) Mike was about the most pleasant salesperson we've ever come across, and Rachel was a sweetheart to deal with.
