He gave me their price, honored it and didn't play the games some dealers do. Bill was laid back, knew the car's features and the benefits and told it like it was without ever trying to persuade me. The entire meeting was conversational and I left feeling as if I had been sold by a friend. The car , a Charger RT Plus, was untouchable for the price within a 100 mile radius of my home. Steve Rodrigues was also a gentleman to deal with during the add-on warranty and finance closing. Again, no pressure, just explained his offers and accepted my answers. I would recommend Bill and this dealership to everyone. More

BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH HIM AND BALD HILL DODGE, I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE PURCHASES IN THE FUTURE. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I GOT TAKEN!! I'd recommend this dealership with reservations. It's a great place to buy a car/truck but I wouldn't choose to go there for service. I bought my last truck from Bald Hill and had a great buying experience. Since that purchase, Bald Hill always maintained it. The quality of work is bad is because that truck had a rotted frame and I attribute that to poor design- but nobody at the dealership said a word abut it! The truck went in for its 60K service in May 2011; I spent about $400 on that service: new wires, plugs, oil change and tire rotation. At the time, no one said anything about the frame, I was only told that the left wheel hub assembly needed replacing. The right was done the previous fall-$400 range. I went to an independent Chrysler certified mechanic in June for the hub assembly; he had the truck on the lift when I saw the rotted area, about 2' long, rotted from the inside out. There was no missing it. If you tap on the frame rails, the corrosion is plainly audible on both sides. WHY didn't anyone say a thing about it? I spent about $3000 on maintenance last year alone, they had plenty of time to see the damage. I'm not sure I trust them to be honest about repairs after this and will have an independent mechanic check this truck from time to time. That said, the sales manager, Steve Crosby was very accommodating when I met with him regarding how to handle this issue. The sales rep, Mike Vigeant is wonderful! High energy, friendly, accommodating, awesome communication, superb follow up, patient and very professional. If you need to buy a vehicle, see him! More
I purchased vehicle from vt my service plan included 20 oil changes for free and I did not tell kevin that when i went in i told him when it was time to pay and he gave me an attitude it was not called for oil changes for free and I did not tell kevin that when i went in i told him when it was time to pay and he gave me an attitude it was not called for it made me feel if i tell them ahead of time the service would be not as good work More

Mike was very heplful with helping me buy my new truck. the first dealership I went to told me there was nothing for 2011 trucks so I had to get a 2012. So I went home and looked on-line and found one at bald hill. that's how I met Mike. There was a truck on the lot that had more options that I wanted, which was great. All we had to do was put a heavy duty snow plow prep package no the truck and I was all set ! the 2012 was 4.9% and the 2011 was 1.9% you do the math. this is the second truck i've bought from bald hill dodge. More
