I was looking for a great car at a great price. My husband and I had looked online and were impressed with Bald Hill's website (always updated)and prices (always competitive). Though I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, I stopped by Bald Hill Dodge thinking I may test drive the new Dodge Dart. Frank Vescera, Jr. greeted me and introduced himself. His casual and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air after recent visits to other dealerships. We picked out a Dart from the lot and took it out on a test drive. I let him know that I was in the market for a car, but I was leaning towards a pre-owned model. Though I told him I loved the Dart, Frank didn't pressure me about buying one. I left that night feeling that I had met a reputable salesman at a car dealership. Weeks later, still car hunting and unimpressed by the staff at other dealerships, a pre-owned vehicle at Bald Hill Dodge caught my eye. I hoped the car would meet all of my needs so that I could give Frank my business. As I am now enjoying that car sold to me by Frank, I can say that he was a true pleasure to do business with. Frank answered all of my questions, had patience with me when I need time to think about the purchase and helped walk me through the purchase process. I would love to buy another car from Frank. I was looking for a used vehicle for my wife and I found a 2007 Mazda CX7. I had leased one previously so I was familiar with the car. I took it for a test drive and found that at higher speeds the car woul a 2007 Mazda CX7. I had leased one previously so I was familiar with the car. I took it for a test drive and found that at higher speeds the car would vibrate. The dealer said he would have it fixed - so I ended up purchasing the car while it was being looked at. My dealer sent the car to the Mazda service center and they found that there was some inbalance in the drive shaft. So they replaced the drive shaft and that resolved the issue. This service did hold up delivery of the car by about a week, but this was not the fault of the dealers. The repairs cost $1,400 - but the dealer ate that cost and not me. So I was fortunate since I had already paid for the car - probably not the smartest move on my part - but I am a trusting individual and they did not disappoint. It all worked out in the end and I feel the dealer went the extra mile for me. More

He was extremely knowledgable about all the inventory available to us ( we were looking in the Jeep family), and supplied us with several options to meet our budget. He was very patient with our numerous test drives and answered all our questions immediately and professionally. We had previously visited several other dealerships, but due to the wonderful and friendly service we received at Bald Hill Dodge from not only Mr. Ruggeiri , but all we encountered, we decided to purchase our Jeep Grand Cherokee from them.
