They are always pleasant and respectful. They usually service my in a timely manner and inform me of any issues I haven’t noticed. My last visit wasn’t equally the same. I've been a customer since 2014, so I've seen alot of change and growth in the service department and it comes down to this. You've unfortunately have had some terrible service technician who have had ho change and growth in the service department and it comes down to this. You've unfortunately have had some terrible service technician who have had horrible customer service to the point that I didn't want to come get my service done there but because I had a warranty I had no other option. I say all that to say that I only choose to work with 2 of your technician the beautiful Addriane and Joey. Joey is who helped me this time and he does a great job every single time, he's prompt, he has a smile, he's personable, he inquires on how I'm doing he gets me a lyft home and back to the lot. All of the service department should strive to be like Joey ( Excluding Addriane because she's already on his level, plus she also light on the eyes and has an amazing smile) if everyone did that then I feel you would have customers that actually take the time like I have to write a review. More
