Service is good, communication could be better however. I often have to call to check on status of orders or to schedule appointments that they'd tell me they were going to take care of. Do not buy a used car from these people, or maybe any Hyundai dealer. I bought a three year old Elantra two months ago and got the extended warranty. Within a month, there was something loose that made a Hyundai dealer. I bought a three year old Elantra two months ago and got the extended warranty. Within a month, there was something loose that made a really loud banging noise on the passenger side, underneath. I don't live in Bakersfield, so I took it to the Hyundai in Sacramento. Took me a month to get an appointment. Not only could they not find the noise (and my independent mechanic tells me the whole engine is loose) and then charge me almost $200 for the diagnostic, but they then proceeded to tell me that I needed most of my fluids drained and replaced, for a price of almost $1000. I literally bought the car two months ago, with a $6000 down payment, and they didn't even change out the oil, much less any other fluid, before giving it to me. The salesperson told me that the car had been serviced by the dealership for all its recommended maintainence and, since the car had more than 97000 miles on it, all of those servies should have been done previously. Don't be tricked by their lovely warranty... It's not worth it. More
