5 stars all around! can't be beat! I really was surprised by the friendliness of the staff, especially since I showed up right before closing. Great experience! I bought a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra the other day. Elbardo was quick to greet me and inquire about my needs/wants with a car. He pulled a car out for I bought a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra the other day. Elbardo was quick to greet me and inquire about my needs/wants with a car. He pulled a car out for me so we didn't have to walk around too much in the sun(cause it was hot!). I test drove it and loved it. Rode so smooth, perfect for my first car purchase on my own! Elbardo helped me get the monthly payment I wanted with the money I had to put down. Then it came to sign and PJ was there to offer his assistance. He had a positive attitude and was pretty funny.. Made my first time buying a car less scary and more exciting. He was able to help me with options regarding gap insurance and made sure I knew what I was signing before I signed it. Overall my experience at Bakersfield Hyundai was great, and I would definitely recommend it! More
