Friendly, helpful Was looking to get out of a lease because mileage plan was not working for my wife's commute so went to Hyundai to purchase a new sonata hybrid. We ha Was looking to get out of a lease because mileage plan was not working for my wife's commute so went to Hyundai to purchase a new sonata hybrid. We had a sonata before and dealt with Bakersfield Hyundai before so we knew PJ . He introduced us to Astred she was very friendly and helpful when it came to our needs and payment they met our demands. My credit was not that great do to me losing my job in the oilfield and switching careers but PJ sat for awhile with us and was able to finance us and work out good payment. We also live in Tehachapi and my wife needed to sign some paperwork and Astred drove up here so it would be convenient for my wife. Not too many dealerships will do that for you. The only negative thing I would have to say is you could tell Astred was new by her lack of knowledge in the vehicles and what inventory was available at there location. Those things are easy to improve on but quality of individuals is not. Thank you Bakersfield Hyundai for another great experience. More
