Good customer service They were able to help me get a new car and trade in my old car. They went out of their way to go pick up the car and bring it to Bakersfield just so They were able to help me get a new car and trade in my old car. Friendly, helpful Was looking to get out of a lease because mileage plan was not working for my wife's commute so went to Hyundai to purchase a new sonata hybrid. We ha Was looking to get out of a lease because mileage plan was not working for my wife's commute so went to Hyundai to purchase a new sonata hybrid. We had a sonata before and dealt with Bakersfield Hyundai before so we knew PJ . He introduced us to Astred she was very friendly and helpful when it came to our needs and payment they met our demands. My credit was not that great do to me losing my job in the oilfield and switching careers but PJ sat for awhile with us and was able to finance us and work out good payment. We also live in Tehachapi and my wife needed to sign some paperwork and Astred drove up here so it would be convenient for my wife. Not too many dealerships will do that for you. The only negative thing I would have to say is you could tell Astred was new by her lack of knowledge in the vehicles and what inventory was available at there location. Those things are easy to improve on but quality of individuals is not. Thank you Bakersfield Hyundai for another great experience. More
NO REPLY FROM HYUNDAI BAKERSFIELD I received an email stating that I had a response from the Hyundai dealership in regards to the customer review I had written. I followed the link a I received an email stating that I had a response from the Hyundai dealership in regards to the customer review I had written. I followed the link as instructed only to be directed to the positive feedback on the dealership!! That IS NOT a response or ANY kind of customer service. One Bad NEGATIVE COMMENT should be one too many! As well as being handled with the best damage control customer service Hyundai has the skill for. Which APPARENTLY THEY HAVE NONE!! Basically throwing the positive feedback comments at me says my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and Now even More BITTER EXPERIENCE, is of No importance or concern. Truly, I expected more. Such Disappointment. The vehicle I wanted is still sitting on the lot. With my offer of an All Cash Payment in Full for the car and this is the customer service sales departments satisfactory method of handling my Obvious outcry for a better solution! Time to Send the MANAGEMENT TEAM Back To CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION 101! I've been discussing this situation with my clients/customers, friends and family. None of which have ever heard of Any Car Dealership treating a customer like so or being non-responsive and plain rude. BAFFLING!!! More
