Disappointing I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Upon pick up I discovered a large area of circular scratches on the hood of my car. They offered a complimentary car wash and I ended up with a completely scratched hood.- they use a machine car wash but hand dry. The service employee was kind and offered for me to bring the car back in to the detail department to have the scratches buffed out, however several of the scratches are deep. They also charged me one price when they advertised a lower price. More
