Great sales, terrible service department Incompetent service technicians cannot even place a socket on a lug nut properly. I spent nearly $40,000 on a new car at this dealership and I got in Incompetent service technicians cannot even place a socket on a lug nut properly. I spent nearly $40,000 on a new car at this dealership and I got in to get my tires rotated. I have wheel locks on. Numerous Hyundai dealerships have rotated my tires with no issues. This technician got my wheel lock key stuck on the lug nut. And they at first tried to tell me I would have to take care of it somewhere else. I forced them to remove the wheel lock key and then they refused to do the tire rotation. But hey they discounted my bill by $5. I had to waste another hour of my day by going to America's tire who rotated my tires with no problems at all. Bakersfield Hyundai has officially lost my business and I will stop recommending them to friends. More
