Oil and filter change/ car wash I gave the service dealer a coupon I had for a car wash and vacuum. After waiting for an hour and a half I was advised my car was ready. As we are driving down the street we noticed the car had. It been vacuumed nor washed. I called to let them know they forgot to wash the car, the service advisor proceeds to tell me that my car was indeed washed. He kept talking over me any time I tried to speak. Well, by boyfriend got so upset about the way the guy was speaking to me that he turned around and headed back to the service center. We asked the service guy to come look at the car which he refused to do and just said we will wash it again. I don't want to wait another hour and half. I made the guy give my coupon back to me and we left. Motor City I'm coming back. rude, rude, rude. I was also advised a manager would be contacting me regarding my complaint. That never happened. Stellar customer service We recently moved to Bakersfield area .We purchachesed our Hyundai in Claremont ca .When we purchased the vehicle we were given a lifetime oil change We recently moved to Bakersfield area .We purchachesed our Hyundai in Claremont ca .When we purchased the vehicle we were given a lifetime oil change contract by dealership in Claremont ca we were told it was valid at any Hyundai dealership .We moved and it was time for a oil change so I took our vehicle to bakersfield Hyundai. Upon seeing the contract the service center sadly informed me that the oil change contract was only valid at Claremont Hyundai. But they did the oil change for free anyway. I'm greatly appreciative they did that for me .Most dealerships I assume would not have and I would have been made to pay .But the ser ice center employees and manager were great .Best customer service ever .Not just the oil change they were really helpful not rude at all .
