First time in Brought our 2019 Tucson in for its first service at 3,750 miles. Upon driving in I waited in our car for someone to come out to greet us like Bill Wri Brought our 2019 Tucson in for its first service at 3,750 miles. Upon driving in I waited in our car for someone to come out to greet us like Bill Wright Toyota. Didn’t happen so I walked into the service counter. I was told it would take about 2 hours as we didn’t have appointment and were WALK IN customers. I asked if they had Loaner vehicles or shuttle as I had business to do at Verizon. They said they had FREE Lyft for us. Got driven to Valley Plaza Mall in a filthy vehicle. Not impressed! Hyundai called and said vehicle was done. We weren’t finished at Verizon though. We later called and Hyundai said Fabiola from Lyft would pick us up. She called us and said she was at Hyundai, NOT Verizon. After two more calls and cancellations by Lyft an Alan showed up. We had been waiting over 30 minutes!! Hyundai and Lyft are not on the same frequency and need to definitely improve that free service. NOT good service when you have to make 6 or 8 calls to get a ride back. Lastly, the service counter said as a courtesy they would wash our vehicle. Someone must be blind or lazy as the car was still dirty, windshield smeared, and bugs galore still on the front!! They did not pass inspection on my premier service. More
