Buying a 370Z Review I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan 370Z. My sales guy was Drew Perry and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He wasn't overwhelming or too pushy like others I've dealt with in the past. He was eager to get a sale, of course, but it never seemed forced and it was never unpleasant. I originally inquired online on Sunday night and by Monday morning Drew followed with a phone call inviting us to come check out their inventory. I went that Monday to look at new cars, but quickly saw a pre-owned that I really liked. Drew showed me different options and let me take a test drive. By Wednesday night following some minor details the car I wanted was mine. Overall, I'm satisfied with my shopping experience at Baker Nissan. If I had to pinpoint something negative, during the whole process it would be the finance portion of it. I had originally decided to finance through my personal bank. However, Baker Nissan promised to match their rate or even beat it in order to make the process faster and easier. Unfortunately, right before everything was signed they told me that they could no longer match the interest rate originally promised. Although, the rate was not too much higher than what my personal bank had offered it was the principle of going back on what they promised that bothered me after investing so much time. I'm excited and looking forward to drive my Nissan 370Z. Thank you Drew all of the help! More

I used Baker Nissan for all of the maintenance on my original Frontier and was always satisfied with their work and the time it required to do the repairs. The other day I took my new Frontier in for its first service as well as having them add door side moldings and was quite pleased with the result and the minimum amount of time I had to wait. Both the service advisor and the mechanic that did the work were very helpful and friendly. More

I felt he was very dishonest to me from start to finish with all that extended warranty stuff.he quoted me a price and my payment went sky high. I told him to take that stuff off..HE lied about how many oil changes i could get with the extended oil changes plan.he told me unlimited oil changes.the company that does the oil changes said it will run out at 45000 miles..I think about the finance advisor was very dishonest everyday..Bottom line he was very dishonest. Get some honest finance advisors. when i read my contracts I do not understand what I bought because the finance advisor lied More

Very friendly and accommodating Pleasant experience with the sales team and with finance team. I arrived at the dealership at 9 am and didn't get out of there until around 2:30 pm. But part of that was my fault for being so nit-picky and asking tons of questions. I did have to wait almost an hour for the sales reps to get out of their morning meeting and I almost left because of that. But everything from that point onward was great. Cody and Rod were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me through my first real car buying experience. Thanks for helping me. More

He kept tracking on us (without being annoying) and finally he got the deal for us with the support of Gabriel Hernandez and the end also with the Finance support of Charles Hall. Their customer service is exceptional and their help answering questions was great.
