Let us know that we needed our 15 thousand mile service soon and aligment, and did not force us to make a decision right away about whether to get it done right at the moment. Very patient with us. This is the kind of service us customers think about prior to driving to your facility, hoping that it goes this smooth. We are the type of people who believe that credit should be given when deserved, and Carlos Escobar is someone who should be praised for his excellent customer service skills.
