Touched by Angles! I needed a new car and decided to go back to CarMax but they were not able to work out an acceptable deal. I wanted a Nissan so I remember my friend I needed a new car and decided to go back to CarMax but they were not able to work out an acceptable deal. I wanted a Nissan so I remember my friend use to work at Baker Nissan in the Astrodome area but since the store was no longer there, I was referred to this location. I s/w Jonathan Church on the phone and explained my situation and completed the credit application for review. He called me back to tell me that he found the perfect car and he assured me that Nissan Baker can close the deal. I drove from Sugar Land to their store in the middle of rush hour trusting Jonathan that he will not waste my time. It took me 1 1/2 hour to get there but he did keep his promise by introducing me to Charles Hall in finance to finish my deal in finance. The team work of Jonathan and Charles made my dream a reality. Team work makes the dream work!!! I drove off with a beautiful pearl color 2013 Nissan Altima. I affectionately call it my Pearl! I believe they were my angels to help seal the deal. It was such a joy and pleasure working with these men and Nissan Baker... I would totally recommend this car dealership and especially Jonathan Church! More

My Fiancé and I started our first car buying experience about last saturday (10/25), we went to a few dealerships just to look around and get an idea My Fiancé and I started our first car buying experience about last saturday (10/25), we went to a few dealerships just to look around and get an idea of what we wanted. We went to Baker Nissan only because they had a preowned Nissan Juke that I wanted to test drive. After driving the Juke and the Rogue, we ultimately decided we wanted the 2015 Rogue. Victor tried very hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford monthly, showing us all of our available options, but because we hadn't necessarily planned on purchasing a brand new car, or leasing, we needed to ponder on our decision. We went home and registered on TrueCar.com and minutes later, Paul called us. He was WONDERFUL. He was honest, trustworthy, and we really felt like we were getting taken care of. We called around dealerships, (like most do to get quotes and make sure that we are getting a good deal.) In the end, we were right back at baker nissan, we were in and out, paperwork and all in just 2 hours! Our vehicle was washed, detailed, inspected, filled with gas and explained to us tid-for-tat before we drove it off the lot. Overall, Our experience at Baker Nissan was a good one, and we will be back to do business with them in the future. Thank you Paul, Victor, Jordan and Felipe (finance manager)! More
Great car Buying experiance! They did everything possible! I was looking for a new car for my daughter. I put quote requests out for several manufactures. Baker Nissan was competitively priced, so we test drove the Nissan Versa Note SV. It drove great and the salesman Michael Conway explained in detail how the vehicle functioned. He did not pull the pressure sale "Buy it today or the price was not guaranteed" I needed time to test drive other manufactures we were interested in. The next day I had received a bid on another vehicle, from another dealership and decided to go with them. I informed Mike that I had decided on another vehicle and he asked me to give him a few minutes while he talked it over with his supervisor. He came back with an offer I could not resist. I know they made very little profit on the sale, but they did not want to lose my business. We closed the deal and I was going to use my own financing, however Charles Hall in the finance department showed me I could save more money by going with their financing. The following people were instrumental in the purchase of my daughters car; Mike Conway (sales consultant), Paul Morgan (Internet Director) and Charles Hall (Finance). Great Job Baker Nissan I give you a 10 plus!!!!! More

I ask him for a business card he refuses to give me one after he told me I had a balance with service for $91.00, but he couldn't show me a invoice. He told me that service wouldn't touch my car or give me a wheel key due to i had a balance that he never showed me.Never received any bills from Nissan baker. So he was lying all away around. But service took care of everything. More

My salesman Iggy is the most wonderful salesman I have ever met. A friend had recommended Iggy to me, and I'm so glad I listened. He is honest, works hard to get you just what you want, follows through with promises, and makes sure you understand how everything works before you drive away. This is the first car buying/leasing experience that I truly feel good about afterwards. Finance Manager Felipe was also great to work with. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Neither Iggy nor Felipe ever pressured me at any point; they really seemed to care that I got what I wanted. Thank you so much, Iggy!!! I love my new Altima and will refer everyone to you. More
