Venessa was Fantastic! I was in the market for a new car so I went to my credit union for assistance. The first dealership I went to, as recommended by my credit union, wa I was in the market for a new car so I went to my credit union for assistance. The first dealership I went to, as recommended by my credit union, was a total disaster. After that experience I went out and contacted Baker Nissan, on the recommendation of CarProUSA.com. I could not have been happier. My sales person, Venessa, did a fantastic job of putting me at ease immediately. She was prompt and had the exact SUV ready for test drive. We did have a minor problem when negotiating the financing but Baker management took quick action and did everything they could to make me happy. It is one thing to see a dealership when everything goes well, it is another to see them when a mistake is made. They took responsibility, never offered an excuse and fixed the problem. Great customer service and Quick service I went as a walk in to have my '09 Nissan Altima serviced on a Saturday. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait but to my surprise they were able I went as a walk in to have my '09 Nissan Altima serviced on a Saturday. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait but to my surprise they were able to finish in almost half the time. My service advisor Mack was also very polite and thorough with explaining the vehicle report for my car. I have no complaints. I will return for service in the future. Ashley H. More

Excellent experience! We just took my daughters Nissan altima to Baker-Jackson to get it "college ready". Mack took great care of us. Great customer service I brought my Altima in to the service department to check the air conditioner which was not cooling. After the service technician completed his diagnosis Barry readily advised me that the problem was with my compressor's coil and explained in detail the repair process and the time frame needed to make the repairs. Baker Nissan Service Department: One of the Best The service department at Baker Nissan is one of the best (if not THE best) auto service departments I've ever had my 2008 Nissan Xterra serviced at. The service department at Baker Nissan is one of the best (if not THE best) auto service departments I've ever had my 2008 Nissan Xterra serviced at. The whole service advising team, especially Mr. Barry Thomas, are incredibly helpful and make the experience feel more like a friend assisting you than a simple business transaction. I am moving to Denton, TX (which is over 400 miles away) in this coming August. Rest assured, if I need anything done to my vehicle (that I don't need immediately repaired, i.e. tires,), I will drive back to Houston to have my vehicle serviced at Baker Nissan. More

Satisfied I previously went to another dealership this was my first time getting a car note, so I wanted to have piece of mind & be satisfied with whatever I pu I previously went to another dealership this was my first time getting a car note, so I wanted to have piece of mind & be satisfied with whatever I purchase. At first I got a 07 Tahoe from the other dealer the first day I drove it I had to bring it back cause it kept cutting off on me it was the traction control stability they fixed that then a few weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to the shop & they said the catiliac converter was going out, I was so upset so I went back to the original dealership they said it probably wasn't the cv so they said they wasn't gonna fix it so they decided to put me in a 08 BMW 328I, I really didn't want that but they said with my credit that was all they could put me in, dont get me wrong it was a nice car but it had problems as well. Keep in mind i was gonna be paying for this 6yrs. I kept talking to the saleaman about all my issues & concerns & I told him that I wasn't satisfied of coarse he told me not to worry but how can I not. So I went to the manager & told him that the car had issues & his response was of coarse it does its a used car. His comment blew my mind. I said not all used cars have problems, I said I've purchased 3 used cash cars & didn't have any problems. I told him it dangerous for me & my kids so he said he'll get it fixed so he supposingly did but after driving it for a few days it was still doing the same thing so I called him again & he told me bring it back in so I did. I asked him can he get me out the car he said if I put $5000 down he can. I said didn't have that kind of money. What are the odds that I got two vehicles that had issues. So I went online & filled out a auto credit application so the next day Mr. Alvin from Baker Nissan called me, I told him my story & he told me to come on over & he's gonna put me in something, I said my credit isn't good he said have faith I said I don't he said well I have enough for both of us. I said ok I'll be there. I told myself I'm goin way over there for nothing cause its like 40 mins away from my home. So got there & he went to work. Not even an hour had passed & he came back & said God is good I jus smiled he said your getting a 2015 Nissan Altima I was so excited I couldn't stop smiling. Now I'm satisfied & have peace of mind Thanks to Mr. Alvin & the people over @ Baker Nissan. More

Great Service and very timely I came into the dealership to get an oil change on a Saturday without an appointment. The service manager was very honest in explaining the wait time and courteous; and actually the techs were able to conduct the oil quicker. You gotta feel good about that! More
