A change in attatitude I normally drop my car off for service because I dislike the continued sales pitch from service writers after your car is services for what ever. Baker Nissan is so different and made the experience pleasant and services sales pitch free. They did give me a printed inspection report that disclosed what should be done. But asked me to take it home and review it at my leisure. Thank you Luis Castillo at Baker Nissan for treating me like a customer and not like s turkey on a platter trying to carve off as much money off me as possible. More

Not only did they provide quality work, but my service advisor Barry Thomas made sure I was well taken care of and informed me about a recall on my vehicle I wasn't aware of. I was discouraged after a not-so-good experience at a Ford dealership a couple of months ago. Donna Sims was very friendly, helpful, and genuine. Although it always takes longer than you think to purchase a new vehicle, the experience was very pleasant throughout. My experience with the financing department was top notch as well. Snake Oil Salesmen - pay attention to details! I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. You agree on a price and then they try and manipulate I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. You agree on a price and then they try and manipulate the numbers to get you to sign on the dotted line for a higher price. Don't let them play games with Delivery Fees, Security Protection and Nissan Discounts/Rebates. Also, make sure you get the finance rate in writing BEFORE you head upstairs to Finance because they will try and change it on you. The sales department will also tell you the Finance department is "a different department" and they have no control over each other. When you get to the Finance and Warranty department, don't let them try and sell you any warranties unless the warranties are already pre-printed with documented pricing. When I asked to see what was included in the basic warrant I was told I could read that later in the "Owners Manual" - are you kidding me? Overall, I felt like I was swimming with a bunch of sharks. More
