I called ahead to check on a car advertised on-line and told them I would be driving a long way to come see it. It took them 2 hours to call me back to tell me they had the car, so I made an appointment to view it. I drove straight to the dealership and when I got there they told me it had been sold three days earlier AND in the same breath told me they wanted to show me another car I might be interested in! The New Car Director, Rodney Crow, said "that car was sold and there is nothing I can do." During my short experience they lied to me THREE times. More

Shady Finance Department When filling out the auto loan papers, I noticed the finance manager, Temo Nunez, had preselected two maintenance agreements for a total of $2300. I When filling out the auto loan papers, I noticed the finance manager, Temo Nunez, had preselected two maintenance agreements for a total of $2300. I told him that I didn't want or need them and he agreed to remove them. Upon returning home and reviewing the finance papers, I noticed the total amount financed was too high - Mr. Nunez had not removed the maintenance packages. I immediately called him and he agreed to correct the problem. When the first payment bill arrived, the loan total had not changed. I called the Finance Supervisor, Dain White, at Baker Nissan and he stated that the correction would take two months to go through. Two months later, no changes. I then called Mr. White again (Temo Nunez no longer worked there - big surprise) and he promised to correct the problem and email me when complete. Still no email or corrected loan amount. More

Great Service, No Pressure First we went here due to specific recommendations from our bank (special financing offers). First time at Baker. The moment we arrived we were welc First we went here due to specific recommendations from our bank (special financing offers). First time at Baker. The moment we arrived we were welcomed (not ganged up on) and were walked through inventory, options, finding out or goals for the visit thru the entire process it felt welcoming and helpful. Carlos did a great job. Our goal was to cut costs with an upgrade. He gallantly working his way through the process and at the very end we changed our minds. He didn't bat an eye. We upgraded to the Rogue we really wanted (spent more money) but the financing they worked out, was better then what we walked in with. Kudos to Baker Nissan and staff. More
Great Experience! I was having problems with my Pathfinder. It was juddering when I drove. I called and explained my problem to Rick. He was very nice over the phone an I was having problems with my Pathfinder. It was juddering when I drove. I called and explained my problem to Rick. He was very nice over the phone and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue. He told me to bring it on Saturday and Mack Smith would be my service guy. Mack had it looked at and the transmission fluid was replaced. He told me to drive it for a few days or 100 miles and if I was still having problems to bring it back. I called Mack the following Wednesday and told him the car was still not working properly. We scheduled a time Thursday to bring it back. This time they did a system download/upgrade and checked the transmission again. This included one of the service managers in the car as well while being driven. Mack informed me that they would need to replace the transmission and offered a rental. Mack kept me informed of the process throughout and how it was progressing. The two gentlemen that helped me with the rental pickup and dropoff were awesome as well. It was a great experience. My car is working perfectly again. I would definitely recommend the service department at Baker! More
