I was so appreciative of their kindness and patience with me since I was the one that showed up unprepared but got it all accomplished. I tried to contact the Customer Services several times about a problem with my Maintenance Agreement, but they were elusive, and their answers were evasive and no polite at all. No professional. This was his answer: “I spoke with my general manager and due to the fact that your purchase was over two and a half years ago and the fact that contractually we have fulfilled our obligations there is nothing we can do at this point. I apologize for the confusion on the description of your maintenance plan whether it was explained correctly to you or not. We have made several attempts to contact you with no luck." Patrick Uhlig Internet Director Baker Nissan North We have two possibilities: 1 – If the Plan was correctly explained, the customer has a problem and the customer service should have to work in order to find a solution to this problem. 2 – If the Plan was NOT correctly explained, or NOT explained at all, THE DEALER has a problem, because this could be a SCAM. In any case, this is not the answer than any customer would expect from any Customer Service. I'm sorry, because I love my Nissan Altima. But this one will be, for sure, my last Nissan car. More
I bought a Sentra 2012 SR at Baker Nissan North. I traded in a BMW 325xi. They offered me a good price for that car. I found the whole deal acceptable and I went home driving the Sentra. Also the gas consumption is great. This car is perfect for commuters.I appreciated a lot the way that I was treated at Baker Nissan North, as well as the deal I was offered. I was not North for my daughter from Jeff Milcoun. I have bought a few cars and this was the absolute easiest car buying experience I have ever had!! I was not able to come into the dealership very much because of my work schedule but Jeff went the extra length to make sure we were able to get the car A.S.A.P.!! Service was great. Rod did very good job and lead from the beginning to the end of the deal. More than that ,I could get the price I wanted , way below than was on sticker. The people at Baker Nissan North were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rod Deason was our salesman. We told Rod what we were looking for. He looked on the computer to see what our options were. He took us to the vehicles. We test drove a Nissan Rogue, it just wasn't the one I needed. We then test drove a silver Nissan Murano. The Murano fit like a glove. We paid a fair price and a car note close to what we wanted. During the test drive, Rod explained all of the features in the Murano. When we got back to the dealership I parked the car. We got out of the car. Rod explained in detail all the rest of the special car features. We were very happy to have some features we have never had on any other car we've had. We liked all the features (back seats that reclined, windows that roll down by remote, keyless start and much more). We were very impressed with the Murano and Rod. Everyone we came into contact with was very kind and considerate of what we wanted. The total experience was exceptional. We noticed when we got home the antennae was missing. My husband went to Baker Nissan North. He informed Rod that the antennae was missing. He got my husband an antennae right away. I'm sure all our needs later on will be met and taken care of right away. I would buy another vehicle at Baker Nissan North when needed. More
I would absolutely recommend Baker NIssan to anyone in the market for a new car. I walked into Baker Nissan with the intention of just test driving a car I had been considering purchasing. Buying a new car was terrifying for me, but the salesman, Rod made it better for me. I didn't think I'd be buying a vehicle that day, but once the paperwork began the process went by extrememly fast. I'm a single female, new to the workforce and with an insurmountable amount of student loan debt, so I thought it was going to be a complicated process. I was all alone and terrified that they were going to tell me that a new car was out of reach. But that didn't happen, they got me approved and into a brand new 2013 Sentra for a great price! Everyone there was so nice to me, they gave me a fantastic deal. Rod even threw in all season floor mats for me, which I love! All in all, buying a new car was a great experience. Only because the team there at Baker were able to calm my nerves, get me approved for something I absolutely love, were super nice, give me a fantastic price and make the process go extremely fast ( I was running late for a birthday dinner). I would most definitely return to this dealer for future car purchases! More
