Terrific customer service I took my Nissan Altima to get a couple of things done on it this past Thursday. I was assisted by my service advisor Kevin Jeon who gave me VIP serv I took my Nissan Altima to get a couple of things done on it this past Thursday. I was assisted by my service advisor Kevin Jeon who gave me VIP service as usual. Kevin was busy with a customer and told me kindly to wait inside. Then, he asked Shaun Hazely who is also my other service advisor to write to ticket for me. Shaun did a wonderful job assisting me as usual too in the meantime while Kevin got thru with his customer. At the end my car was ready and washed as promised, and Kevin was also nice to honor a 15% coupon for my service ticket. Kevin also came to get me to explain the work that had been done on my car and the cashier Marisa was also very nice. I am so happy to deal with Kevin since he will do anything to make me a happy customer and of course, I am so excited to drive my Nissan Altima all the time. More

All of my questions were answered and I was never pressured. I had an unfortunate event happen after I purchased the car and Baker Nissan took care of it immediately which cemented my thoughts that I made the right decision when buying this car. More

(a) False, misleading, or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce are hereby declared unlawful and are subject to action by the consumer protection division under Sections 17.47, 17.58, 17.60, and 17.61 of this code. The communication manager Ms. E. called and explain she received my complaint and offer to find me a car that was fully loaded, all the bells and whistles. Ms. E. also asked if I knew about the Demo models. Ms. E explained they would offer me the car at the lowest cost. I stated that is find Ms. E stated she would have to walk the lot and call me back before 5.00. I did not hear back from her. I called her the next day and explain I was waiting to hear back after all I had just been deceive by the sales manager who lied and said he was the finance manager. Ms. E. stated the say thing that she would go and walk the lot and call me. I waited no phone call. Deceived again. I call and spoke to Brad Baker who accused me of wanting monetary from him and this was not going to happen. I was in shock. I call due to the issue and Price Gouging and I was treated with, disrespect. I was also told he was more concern with his numbers then with correcting the deceptive trade practices. He offer to sale me a car get this at advertise price. Really the advertise price was the issue. Mr. Baker left no room for negotiation. As I was told the red line means there is room for negotiation when speaking with his sales staff. I was told to file with the Attorney General office they have a good relationship with the AG office. I did purchase a Nissan, but not from this dealer. The sad part Baker responded and lied. They sent all the vehicles listed as if they are really trying.Another deception Baker knew I purchased another Nissan from a great dealer with a good reputation and did not price gouage Thank you Gillman Nissan..I have purchase from Gillman in the pass and never experienced anything like I experienced at Baker..Also notice the other negative reviews. .They were treated the same exact way. Worst Car Purchase Experience. Last night was the worst experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle, I have never been so disappointed. I must clear one thing and say before you sign anything, make sure that the person you are dealing with knows what he is talking about and also the company you go to knows how to honor their deals and agreements. I went to purchase a 2017 Nissan Titan XD SV (Black) which I drove 3 1/2 hours to get to, and little did I know that I was going to go through so much inaccurate information and false advertisement from the salesperson. They wasted 3 1/2 hours of my time, we checked the vehicle, & took a little while negotiating back and forth (The Manager, Salesperson, and I) We agreed on a certain price (Drive Out), they ran my credit 3 times to find a way to make more money for themselves through banks and damage my credit. After agreeing on a price, we signed some papers to confirm everything and as we went upstairs to the finance department to complete our purchase (Already approved from our bank) as we were going through everything we checked on "AMOUNT" and as we saw that our price upstairs was $ 3,000/- more than what we agreed on drive out price & Signed on. We verified everything 10 times from the salesperson before going ahead with the deal, we were given INACCURATE information on the vehicles warranty, given a INACCURATE price to convince us. What made it worst the finance person instead of helping resolve THEIR own mistake he wanted to sweet'n the deal with TRYING to sell us GAP INSURANCE, and by all means tell us that hey the price difference is only $ 2,700/- more as if he was paying us? They did not care about what we signed on and agreed on, but they kept trying their own stories. I was very disappointed, they should know better than that. I left the dealership at 10:40pm last night leaving their xx. I will be reporting them to BBB, and to NISSAN directly through all channels. Please make sure to understand everything before going to Baker Nissan,I was suppose to purchase 3 vehicles (Due to loss of vehicles from Hurricane Harvey) but Thank God showed me their way on the 1st Vehicle and I walked away. I recently bought a 2017 Nissian XD. when purchasing it there was a wheel issue that Randy Foust and Amanda took care of right away. I can not say enough about the following people I came in contact with. Iggy, Amanda , Randy Foust, Andy (service) and The finc man (Foust) The experience was great with these people. Then about 2 months later I went to buy my wife a Rouge. We were working with Iggy and Amanda (again great to work with) we finally settled on a Rouge that the wife would be happy with. This was a several day ordeal. Wife went back and forth on what she wanted. Which I was thankful for because it was her car. So on a Saturday we clean her trade and went to get the Rouge. Upon arriving at the dealship we found Iggy and negation started (Iggy and Amanda) so Iggy asked for the keys to my wife's car and had the appraiser take a look. (Trade in Altima 2015, 12000 miles, one heavy door ding) This is where the deal went south. Iggy came back to the table where my wife and I were and said 11k for the trade in because it had a bullet hole in the door. I said what, there not a bullet hole it was road debri from our great roads in Houston. I ask to speak with the appraiser and was told he did not speak to people. Amanda comes over and said she would get him. Now at this point several in the dealship heard him say this and people were talking about it and even went out to look. Yes I was aggravated to say the least. So at this point Shawn Kennedy enters the picture (appraiser) I ask him why he would make such a ridiculous coumment. He raised his voice and said that's what it was and I told him it was road debri and I told him again it was not in a load tone. (Iggy was close enough to hear this as well as my wife) Shawn stated it was a hole agin and I said let's go look at it. As we were walking out side door my wife decided to go sit out front. She Heard the following as well as Iggy and most in dealer ship. I was following Shawn out the door and was still asking him why he said it was a bullet hole he stopped and look at me and said in a loud voice I will quota "whip your xxx" we'll be the county boy I am I said get to whip $?&!!!!. He then said it was a hole in the door what diff did it make. I said you told the dealship. As well as it was not a hole. So I went in and talked to Amanda and Iggy. I ask what Bruce Baker sons name was. Chad if I remember right. I ask him if he was going to do any thing about the way Shawn Kennedy spoke to me and he ask me to leave. I asked if Mr. baker was there and he laughed at me. Which showed me he was not a mature manger, I have called to speak to Mr. Baker to no prevail. I would have bought the Rouge there after this happened if I would have received an apology from Shawn Kennedy. He must have had a bad Friday night. We did buy the Rouge a couple of days later from Fred Haas Nissian in Tomball. Again I would like to say Iggy, Amanda, Danny (service) always did above what you could expect. Shawn Kennedy and Chad Baker ( laughing) have to be the worst mangers I have ever seen. I have ran a sales group for 38 years this was totally uncalled for. I will also so I was pissed and did raise my voice, but I refuse to let any one make faults statement about anything in my life. I apologize to Iggy, Amanda , Danny in service. Because Danny had been helping me with a radio replacement and when this happened I told him I would not be doing biz with them. Louis Castillo is working with Fred Haas to have the radio installed there. ( radio was a factory defect this happen on all cars. Not a big deal) Wayne P.S we got 13k for the Altima at Fre Haas More
