Bad Customer Service I am thankful they were able to get me into a car, but once that was done customer service was horrible. They kept asking for proof of address 3 time I am thankful they were able to get me into a car, but once that was done customer service was horrible. They kept asking for proof of address 3 times I brought them the same item and they told me it was good, but it wasn't. Finally I provided something that was acceptable I think because I haven't heard back from them. On 2 different occasions I called multiple times and was rold someone would call me back, but they never did. Today I text my salesman asking what the status is because my temporary plate expires next week. He said he would look into and I haven't heard back yet. As thankful as I am for the car, I regret using them. They appear to be understaffed. When I brought in proof of address for them to copy it took her almost 30 minutes just to make copies. After posting this I called them again I asked for a manager. Another thing at this dealership no one identifies themselves when they answer the phone. Anyway after sitting on hold for 10 minutes Silviano picked up the phone. He seemed genuinely taken aback by my bad experiences especially the employee that hung up on me. He has offered to give me a pamphlet for free service to make up for the issues I had. I am still irritated it went the way it did, but at least he has good customer service and is trying to make a disgruntled customer happy. More

Liers & scammers I went into baja west with $3,500 & was helped by Jonathon ? A money hungry, pushy, unprofessional salesman. I simply told him i needed something safe for my family so he brought me out some cars to pick one out. I got into the car I'm currently leasing & it made alot of noise at start up & he stated it was normal. So i went with it. I bought the car filled paperwork they avoided showing me the car fax. Turns out the car starts stalling on me in the middle of the roads so i look up to see if it has any recalls & found 3 ! I also found out the cars a Ex-Uber car. The recalls were all serious road hazzard recalls, i felt betrayed, robbed out of my money & just plain stupid now that i ended having to pay it off & have to take care off the recalls. Also nothing is showing up on my credit repot lime they stated, They also send me letter after letter but dont respond to my messages, worst first car buy ever, they dont know anything about what they are selling, Stay Away ! ! Not to mention theres not one name of the people that helped me on my paperwork. Horrible More
