Some things over looked The 2 front windshield wipers had been replaced but not till after the driver's side windshield was badly scratched. The rear windshield wiper was completely overlooked with no rubber left on it good thing I caught it before it got scratched. No windshield wiper fluid in the reservoir. When the car was sold the gas tank was empty and the salesman put one quarter of a tank of gas in it. The car was very dusty and dirty should have been wiped clean and detailed properly. I had to request a maintenance log just to find out if the car was properly serviced. I did think the salesman Abe was fantastic but the General Manager thought this was my first rodeo and first quoted me $280 a month payment finally got it down to $209.The car only had 1 key remote and this is a real negative for me. Certified cars come with 2 key remotes the cars on this lot are not certified.I would give this a 5 star rating and overlook some things if a second key was issued. More

Our time is money was what the sales guy Pepe told me when we were at the lot for the 3rd time. The final time my son went alone he was being steered toward a vehicle he wasn’t interested in. My son then called me on the phone and explain what was going on so I asked to speak with Pepe. After a short conversation with him and the words “Our time is money” were said I chose to take my business elsewhere. Just to update my son did make a purchase from another dealer down the street from Baja auto sales. More

Men w less time in my union were rolling off car lots w new cars while I was told I was just a temp worker by drive time Sahara. Baja Auto Sales was able to work w me and get me financed in the car I wanted. They also got me a four yr warranty on my vehicle. These people did me right. Thanks to Edith, Doug and Eddie!!! More
