Change in staff? I've been a long time customer faithfully taking my 2 toyotas for all service needs over the last 7 years, I've enjoyed the welcoming, casual and frie I've been a long time customer faithfully taking my 2 toyotas for all service needs over the last 7 years, I've enjoyed the welcoming, casual and friendly atmosphere. When stopping in I'd almost feel like I'm working with a friend or a neighbor especially with the likes of Sharon and Claire. Looks like they either fired the entire front desk staff or moved them elsewhere, the new staff gives me the feeling of a visiting a pure profit minded business. A little warmth and a smile wouldn't hurt! This is not a complaint or a rant, there's nothing wrong with the service just wondering what happened to the friendlier staff. More

It provided me with a positive regard for the dealership. 3 years later, I visited again and leased a Corolla. The second lease experience with Baierl went beyond a good experience. It was an amazing experience! It was amazing because of the service I received from Patrick Evans! He made everything easy, relaxed, fun, and fair. He treated me like a person not just a sale. He understood my needs and completely met all of them. I was so happy that I regularly recommended Patrick and Baierl Toyota to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. Shortly after leasing my Corolla, my husband and I moved to Detroit Michigan. 3 years later, I went to a Toyota dealer in the Detroit area to turn in my car and lease another Corolla. My experience was less than satisfactory. I felt that I was pushed and prodded into leasing the car that day. The sales person talked so fast and presented the deal to me without really informing me what my exact numbers would be. Actually she showed me some numbers which I agreed to and when all was said and done, the bottom line was about $60.00 a month more. Even though I wasn't too happy, I did sign just to get it over with. $60 a month may not seem like much but for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, it was substantial. 3 years later, I just recently moved back to Pittsburgh! My lease end was approaching and Patrick was the only person I would consider calling. Let me tell you, he took the ball and ran for my benefit! In just hours he had a deal which again, completely met all of my needs and then some. I leased a 2016 Corolla. It is a beautiful car. Surpasses the older Corolla's in a big way. Kudos to Toyota. In addition to Patrick, I had and overall excellent amazing experience at Baierl Toyota. I could not recommend the dealership or Patric more highly!!! Thanks to all More

However, from the moment of pulling our car into the Baierl Toyota parking lot, Salesman Jim Davin's friendly welcoming and patiently showing us different models, knowledgeably answering our questions, then, accompanying us for pleasant test drives, without any pressure or persuasion, we got a Toyota RAV4 Limited AWD model and we love it! We can't believe we got our new car that quick on the first day at the first stop. It was a total amazing, pleasant and comfortable experience! More

We had a little trouble finding the dealership but Cliff Matthews graciously called when it was time for our appointment and gave us directions. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy a car - Cliff let me take the car for a nice, long test drive and simply explained the features of the car to me without pressuring me to buy it. He explained all my buying or leasing options very thoroughly and helped me to get my monthly payment in a range that would fit my budget. I bought a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and am more than thrilled with the car. The people who work at Baierl are friendly, helpful, and organized. Buying a car from them was a pleasure. The day after I bought the car, Cliff called me and told me I needed to sign some additional paperwork. Instead of making me drive the 25 miles to the dealership, Cliff came all the way out to our house with the paperwork. Really great service and really great people! More

A pleasant buying experience. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Baierl. Patrick Evans is the reason I returned. However, this experience was even better. The trade in was given amount given on the old car was generous and the pricing of the new certified used care was more than fair.
