Price gouging at the quick lane service IV I kept the appointment for what I hoped would be my last visit to Bairl. What followed confirmed all that I had suspected. Remember that I alluded to possible theatrics and stalling in an earlier review. My car was assigned to a mechanic who took the car to the third bay. I could not watch what was going on because there was another car on the lift in the first bay. When that car was lowered and removed I could see my mechanic sitting down with my tire next to him. When he saw me looking he popped up like a jack in the box and hastened to the door of the office. After a few words with the service manager I was informed that the problem was a valve stem and asked if I wanted it to be repaired. Several sarcastic answers crossed my mind but I merely answered in the affirmative. The mechanic rolled my tire away and the car was complete 10 minutes later. My bill came to $35.00! I was now the owner of the world's most expensive valve stem and a $800.00 plus brake job. There is no doubt in my mind that the damage to the valve stem happened while the brakes were being serviced. There is an open question as to whether or not the damage was intentional. I paid my bill and exited thankful and hopeful that we were finally done. Not so! a couple of days later my pressure sensor again registered low pressure and My left front tire was now visibly soft. More

In mid Aug I wrote a review with the same title on November 16th, The dealership requested that I provide additional information; hence the following. In mid August I brought my car in for its annual inspection. After some stalling and theatrics I was informed that I needed brakes. I was quoted $782.00 which seemed high but I wanted to get the job done and I still harbored the misconception that dealer work may be expensive but, their technicians are highly trained and the service will be exceptional. I no longer hold that to be true. I left the car and the dealership provided a ride home, They called the following morning and I was picked up and transported back to the dealership. I paid for the repairs and drove away. There would be three more visits before the car was properly repaired. The saga will continue with additional reviews. More

The Person offering this diagnostic was Robert who is more interested in padding the invoice than he is in fixing the vehicle or providing any level of customer service. More

I purchased the premium extended warranty and Fall well within limits, however they can not even look at my car until the end of November. Not only is this bad enough they don’t have a loaner so I am left to fend for myself without a car and no assistance offered by the dealership. There is a reason I paid for the premium extended warranty but apparently nothing can be done for another month. It’s a shame, My family and myself have bought all our cars from there. I Will never buy another car from there again. More
