Service Just had a horrible experience over the phone with the service department. My 2017 Edge has an engine problem that should be covered by warranty. I purchased the premium extended warranty and Fall well within limits, however they can not even look at my car until the end of November. Not only is this bad enough they don’t have a loaner so I am left to fend for myself without a car and no assistance offered by the dealership. There is a reason I paid for the premium extended warranty but apparently nothing can be done for another month. It’s a shame, My family and myself have bought all our cars from there. I Will never buy another car from there again. More
