I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco with 40 miles on it in March 2023. We gave $8,000 in cash down. In April the check engine light came on and within a few days it was making a loud noise. Service department could not get it in for 3 weeks. Once in the shop, Tonya would tell me she would call me when she had information and would not call for a week. They did not offer me a loaner-I had to ask my salesman for one. This was after having my car in for service for a week with no mechanic even looking at it yet. In June, Tonya told me “We ordered parts and will tear down the car and see if the flex plate is broken-it probably is” and said she will call me on Monday-she never did. The next week I called a service manager, Mike Brown, who did not return my call. So, I left a review online about the lack of quality customer service and the fixed operations manager replied and asked me to call him and I did. He was able to find information on my car and was helpful. They had my car for 35 days when all they needed was a few days to get the parts and one day to fix it. I filed for the Lemon Law. When the buy back was actually scheduled (July 30, 2023-yes, that is how long it took), we were promised by Ben Borza and by Scott Haines of Baierl Ford, on more than one occasion (because I kept checking in with them), that the warranty we bought was cancelled and we will be receiving the refund check. Apparently, half of our down payment went to the car and the other half went to pay the total cost of the warranty-which is not something we understood at the time of sale. They really need to make this clearer to their customers. As it turned out, I had to call for weeks to find out where my check was and discovered by calling the warranty place myself that NO ONE had cancelled my warranty-two months after I was told it was cancelled (on more than one occasion remember). The warranty place told me dealerships CANNOT cancel a warranty. So, each time I asked the dealership to confirm that my warranty was cancelled and they said “yes”, they were lying to me as they hadn’t actually looked into it for me. I received my refund check 3 MONTHS after the buy back of my car and while that is incredibly late, I only received it because I looked into it, not because anyone at Baierl Ford cared enough to ensure that I received the money I was owed. Because of their poor service department, lack of communication with customers, and the uncaring, uninformative staff, I will never even think of a Ford again, let alone shop at Baierl Ford and I will tell anyone I know to avoid it. I guarantee if I left any one of them without a car for 35 days and owed them $4,800 that they had to chase me to get while I lie to them, they would not be happy. More

Last week (almost 3 weeks after dropping off my car), I was told "it's probably a cracked flywheel and parts were ordered just in case." That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. Since I haven't heard from anyone, I called the service manager this morning at 9am and was told "I will check and have someone get back to you." It is now the end of the day and I haven't been called. I had also asked for a loaner once a week had gone by and I needed a car. I was told "I'll let you know when I have one" by a Tonya. Never heard from her for over a week. My husband called our salesman and I had a loaner the next day-which I am still driving 2.5 weeks later. More

I signed Proposal with Driveway.com on May 29, 2022, signed first set of docs June 16th, then on June 22, what do you know, I have to sign new docs because they sold me a car before they had title, which is fraud. Then, I got stuck in another state for almost a month because I had to wait for the delivery, which they kept lying about. I finally received car July 6th, but no temp reg or title, waiting longer to get home. Of course on July 28th, they pulled the yo-yo financing, which is also fraud, "I'm sorry your financing fell through, but I got you a better deal, hahaha so much better not one number has changed since May until now. The kicker, I actually went there with my own financing, which they went behind my back to charge me thousands so they can get rich. It gets better, temp plate expired Sept 3, and can you guess where I am at now with them... they NEVER sent in my title or reg, so I am stuck with a car I cannot drive. As well as I have not been able to work since Sept 3, and I have a 5 year old who I have to support... but wait it gets better.. they didn't care for months of what they were doing to me... my credit has dropped 150 points so far.. but wait it still gets better... I cannot pay a single bill or support us...soooooo drums please.... I have a 5 day notice from my landllord...on top of all the fraudulent activity, they stole every single thing of ours and now we will be homeless because of Driveway, Baierl... and let's not forget who owns them and who has been involved in my whole transaction, Lithia Motors, who is well known for fraudulent activity... look it up... it's all over the place. All three of them like to hide behind numerous names... they like to destroy lives... especially the lives of 5 year children and their single mothers whom are the only ones to care for them. They stripped our lives of everything including the $2,750.00 I gave them as a deposit and I also sold my truck because I bought a new car....how stupid of me... oh and guess what I have a loan that I am supposed to be paying for that nobody knows I own besides the insurance I have been paying for since June and the lender who financed... and want to know another thing...my lender is one of the ones I went there with my pre-approval... Only thing they are good for is destroying lives and putting them up in flames and stealing every single thing they have. BUYER BEWARE UNLESS YOU LIKE FRAUD!!! FACTS and I have 5 months of written proof. Even though they would never sent a fully executed copy of the documents. And the ones that they finally sent in September, implicates themselves in forgery and a lot of fraudulent activity. Have a wonderful day! I instead took it to my usual mechanic and they said the dealership was lying about half of it and it only cost me $2000 to get fixed for inspection. Now today I go in to get an oil change because I stupidly paid for the oil change plan and they're trying to tell me that I need new brakes even though I know for a fact that they aren't even close to worn out. Also the oil change took two hours. That's just crazy. This is the type of scam dealer you hear about in the news. Don't trust them with anything. Update--They're now blowing up my phone with calls and texts trying to get me to come back in and hoping I'll take this review down. Completely unprofessional. If your "best effort" to help a customer involves repeated attempts to charge thousands for unnecessary work and hoping that they will just agree and pay up, your dealership has a serious problem. Once again, avoid at all costs (or the cost will be great). More

I contacted driveway they say it was sold and holding due to an electrical issue and when my girlfriend called they said yes it’s available come in and look as a bad sales tactic to get us in. I’m going to continue to write all bad reviews about this place and just had a good friend have another terrible experience in the service department. They don’t care who they screw over More
Terrible experience between the salesman and the third party company driveway. Car was for sale tried to start a deal and then the car all of a sudden wasn’t available.
