Best Car Buying Experience I recently went to Baierl Ford in search of a new vehicle. I had 2 vehicles that I wanted to trade, but could not make up my mind on exactly what vehi I recently went to Baierl Ford in search of a new vehicle. I had 2 vehicles that I wanted to trade, but could not make up my mind on exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase or how I wanted to purchase it. Justin was amazing! He was extremely patient with me and allowed me to see every available lease/finance option so that I could better make a decision. After a few test drives, I finally settled on a brand new 2016 Ford Flex SEL. The process was seamless the whole way through (even while they were moving into their new showroom). When I arrived to take possession of the Flex Justin had everything in order. Mike in finance was great! He explained everything thoroughly and all I had to do was sign my name...a lot. This was my first experience with Baierl Ford. I learned that they are not your stereotypical dealership with pushy salespeople looking to make a buck. I FOUND MY NEW FORD DEALERSHIP! More

He went the EXTRA mile to make sure we knew our new vehicle, inside and out, before leaving as well as making sure we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles. From that point on, we also dealt with Jim Adams, Tom Brennan and Kevin Covert as the entire place had a very "family like atmosphere" and we were able to interact with everybody and was made to feel "at home". On the way home, we realized we forgot to get our CD's out of our changer on the vehicle we traded and Patrick was already on top of it and saved them for us to pick up.
