I had 2 vehicles that I wanted to trade, but could not make up my mind on exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase or how I wanted to purchase it. Justin was amazing! He was extremely patient with me and allowed me to see every available lease/finance option so that I could better make a decision. After a few test drives, I finally settled on a brand new 2016 Ford Flex SEL. The process was seamless the whole way through (even while they were moving into their new showroom). When I arrived to take possession of the Flex Justin had everything in order. Mike in finance was great! He explained everything thoroughly and all I had to do was sign my name...a lot. This was my first experience with Baierl Ford. I learned that they are not your stereotypical dealership with pushy salespeople looking to make a buck. I FOUND MY NEW FORD DEALERSHIP! More
